They both told their stories, seeing no true reason not to.
--
She looked out at it, smiling, "It's lovely," she said, removing her arms and lifting up, removing her helmet and coming off of the bike.

Takeda dismounted, putting the helmet on the bike and offering her his hand. "I'm glad you approve." he gave, ready to walk with her inside to confirm their seating before going back outside.
----
Raina nodded, with a smile. "That's pretty impressive, both of you." she gave, eating some more ice cream. "Mine's not as good, I'm afraid, but I'll share." she added, sharing the main points of her story, after a brief explanation about other dimensions, leaving out some of the darker things that happened to her. In essence, she'd lost it all, and had been given a second chance.

She just waited for him patiently.
--
"I don't understand the other dimension stuff," Ren said, getting that out of the way, "It's sad, but at least you're here."
Nago nodded, "At least you have another chance."

"Indeed." Raina said, "A chance to meet good people." she added, leaving a clever compliment hidden.
---
And Takeda would lead her inside, confirming his seating arrangement and then walking outside with her, having a private table on the deck, closed off on three sides with a door on the left side, but open to the ocean, so they could see the beautiful sunset if they sat together. A waiter soon approached, and Takeda, for her sake, acted well, placing his order and informing Aoi that she could get anything she wanted.

"Me, right?" Nago asked with a smile.
--
She found something modest, enjoying the view, truly loving it.

Raina smiled back, deciding between them was a little bit of a challenge for her, so she said nothing. She wished not to offend, having intended this as a friendly gathering, and having spoken generally.
----
The waiter nodded and went to fill their orders. Takeda decided to let the silence reign for now, truly in a moment that could be treasured...

Ren stood up and threw his away when he finished, "I'm going to go, let you two have your time."
--
Aoi didn't know what to say to him, so she just kept looking out at the ocean.

Raina nodded, watching him go. It was his decision, so she wouldn't try to talk him out of it....she'd been told what to do enough times before.
---
Takeda wasn't quite sure of what to say either, but he took a deep breath and relaxed.

"Well, I can see why he would do that," Nago commented.
--
"Would you mind telling me about yourself?" she asked him in her soft tone, "If you wouldn't mind?"

"Me too." Raina admitted.
-----
"My story's a dark tale, Aoi-chan." Takeda said, for a brief moment betraying how much he'd gone through in his face.

"And what do you think of that?" he asked.
--
"Then leave it to yourself," she said softly, after looking at his face and realizing his look.

"I just felt I should warn you." Takeda nodded, slightly relieved. He didn't want to confuse her.
-------
"His decision...his loss, I suppose. I just wanted to celebrate our success." Raina gave.

"I thank you for that," she said, "But you don't have to tell me, then."
--
Nago nodded, not sure what to make of that.

"But since we did go well together.." Raina gave, shrugging, a smile on her lips, "I say we should go and do something...you have any ideas?"
-----
Takeda nodded to her. "I won't ask about your story either, if you don't want to speak of it."

"Let me think a bit," he said.
--
"Mine is fine to tell," she said, giving it to him right after that.
