(But how does the Canroid work? I guess I figured they didn't work the same way as machinery, considering how small they are, and considering some of them seem to open too far to have many internal workings. I figured they were more "mystical", like the Cells)

Johnny Blaze is visible in the crowd and he's occasionally turning around to see if the Riders have tried anything yet. If he wasn't the skeleton at the warehouse he should have been long gone shouldn't he?

~The blast doesn't run, it's just a single burst that shuts off electrical devices for varying amounts of time, the candroids are more or less unaffected because their power source is Cell Medals which are not affected by the Eternal Requiem's energy wave~ Cross
Jack looked around and then spotted their target through the crowd and started running through to him.
"There!" He shouted, pointing at Blaze "Let's go!"

Johnny sees his pursuers grabbing his trail and he rushes to get out of the crowd. He won't have innocent people hurt because of his mistakes, not again. He does have a bit of a plan though.
"Alright, I'm here. Come and get me." He says throwing his chain around his stomach as though it were a belt, he channels the Fallen Angel within in and allows the Hellfire to consume his body.
"Henshin!" The now skeletal Ghost Rider proclaims drawing it's shotgun. He doubts these two know much about Spirits of Vengence but they know Kamen Riders, if he could make them think he is one he might be able to get out of this alive.

Thomas slotted three Medals and Scanned them, "Taka, Fujaku, Condor! TaJaDor!" His crimson armor appeared around his body.

Johnny didn't wait for them to make the first move this time. The second the crowd was clear he rushed in removing the chain from his waist and swinging it towards Reagan's neck.

"Bad move." Thomas said, activating the power of the Kujaku Medal, bringing his mass of feathers up behind himself. They shot forward, smashing into the chain for a deflection.

Jack placed the metal memory into an extreme slot on his armour, the pieces of metal appeared around his right hand and then slammed together into the staff. He followed this up by sliding the yellow luna memory into the slot.
LUNA! MAXIMUM DRIVE!
"Metal illusion!" Jack declared, running forward and throwing three or four yellow rings at the blazing skeleton.

As the chain is deflected off of the feathers Blaze rolls to the side and redirects his chain's momentum towards the incoming glowing rings. "That all you got?"

Jack span the metal shaft around and thrust it at Blaze.

Blaze knocks the staff back with another flick of his chain but is subsiquently knocked to the ground by the energy blast. "I'm getting my ass kicked by a Magneto wannabe and Big Bird. This is not happening."
