Mezool found it interesting. After Marcel, at least she had recovered enough, she thought.
But that memory wasn't the best for her, either. She would see how things panned out, she guessed as she ate.

How was she going to find him? She slowed down, realizing that just running around wouldn't be that effective.
But what else could she do? She ran off again, just hoping to find him soon, no matter how hard that would be.

Joseph hadn't stayed too far. Gamel was still around and Joseph was alert, his energy still pulsing. He had entered a department store, keeping to the windows.

As she walked by, she looked in the windows. There he was. She hurried inside and ran over, "Joseph!" she called to him anxiously.
