McKenzie was still very intent on finding Joseph. She had to change him, to at least help the man. And because he wasn't meant to be their enemy, she was sure of that. She walked around with information she had been given on where he had last been seen. She just had to find him.

Joseph was toying with Gamel. Holding him at bay with the Thief's Stongest Form, swooping in for quick strikes with the King's and then jumping away. The fight wasn't the most inconspicuous but in an empty harbour in the evening not many people would notice.

McKenzie hurried that way when she started to hear the sounds of conflict. She stopped outside of the boundaries of the fight and just watched, waiting.

Soon enough Joseph got bored and readied for the kill. The Greeed exploded into Cell Medals, the coins scattering as Joseph held out a clear, crystal-like card. White lightning flew around for a moment before gathering and changing the card, which Joseph pocketed.

She felt the urge to go after the Cells, but fought it down, keeping crouched behind a shipping crate as she got closer, waiting yet.

Joseph looked around him, a little dazed. He caught onto someone's presence, but he wrote it off as the Greeed.

She stepped out and walked towards him, "Joseph!" she called, unsure if she should approach this way.

Joseph lowered it, but he didn't fold in the blade. He kept his hands at his sides and faced her, legs squared.
