Maya had tricked them....she wasn't heading for the SHOT base...she was heading for the Power Spot that it protected. Nevertheless, it would take her a little while to get there.

Kenji pulled up to the base, alongside Kirihara, and went inside, taking the elevator down to find out everything was fine...

"Well....I don't quite know what you mean...but I think he knows her identity..." Kenji replied.
"That doesn't matter in the long run, if that woman takes out the Power Spot we're all dead, Come on!" Amachi said, hurrying out the door as Kenji followed.

A chill would go down his spine involuntarily...the low lighting in half of the underground power spot. Soon...a black cloaked figure stepped into the low light, the light dancing off of the leg that played hide and seek in a sense, appearing and disappearing through the side-slit with each step.
