Zephyr quickly dropped the Resonator and initiated Neikos Flash, diving out of the way and dashing in for a punch at the Arc of Kaitos.

When she saw him coming, she used her Kaitos Aurora, swinging up her finishing kick for his fist.

The finishers collided violently, setting off a much larger explosion than when the energy balls collided. Zephyr slid back about 60 yards, slamming into a tree with considerable force, but he managed to keep his footing.

Rise had chosen to flee, unfortunately. Katsu's body was starting to weaken far too much to keep this up, so she had left in the confusion of their attacks.

When the dust cleared, Zephyr noticed that Rise was nowhere to be seen.
"Heh. Still fleeing like the coward she is." Zephyr remarked as he grabbed the Resonator where it had landed then returned to dormancy, allowing Saigo full control of his body again.
"Dammit. It screwed up my body again." Saigo muttered, as he undid his transformation, and staggered to his bike.

Katsu found herself asleep in an alley, picking herself up and realizing what happened.
"No...not again...," she looked around, but didn't see damage. She wondered what happened, and what had set her off. She didn't want to know, but she did, so she could do her best to avoid whatever it was. But...no. The less she knew, the better.
