The kaiju appeared to falter for a moment, then attacked Daigo from behind with it's tail. Daigo broke his grip, and the kaiju leapt into the air, coming down on Haruhi for a strike from the top with it's tail.

Haruhi raised her arm up and an energy drill formed around it, and she pushed it forward for an attack.

The kaiju was hit, sending it sprawling on the ground a short distance away and crushing the skeleton of a destroyed building. Daigo reverted to Millennial Form, and said, "What say you we finish this?"

The kaiju stood and charged at Daigo, but he impaled it on the Millennial Lance, and said, "I'm sure you have some sort of beam finisher. Now would be a good time to use it."

The kaiju flailed, swinging it's tail every which way. "Just do it!" Daigo yelled.

Haruhi nodded, and fired off a powerful Saga Plasma at the kaiju.

The attack hit home, and the kaiju started flailing, eventually disintegrating into nothing and exploding for good measure.
"Do they really always have to explode?" Daigo asked no one in particular, and disengaged the Tracker, reverting to his human form in a bright flash of light.
When in human form, he grabbed his bag where he had left, happy that it was intact, and pulled out the Tracker, to see if he could find the human identity of that other Ultra.

Haruhi transformed back to normal as well, sighing as she stretched.

Daigo turned a corner, and saw Haruhi standing there. He looked at the Tracker, then at Haruhi, then back at the Tracker.
"No...." Daigo muttered sarcastically, trailing off as he began to walk in Haruhi's general direction.

Haruhi saw someone walk toward her, and she started to walk briskly. She felt something powerful, but she couldn't pin down where with all the people around.

Daigo was also attempting to pinpoint the signal, though the Tracker made his work considerably easier. He began slowly walking toward Haruhi, staring at the Tracker.
