Technically, the profile was already approved. It was simply on hold.
And this is actually falling back on the letter. Rei's character, Gentarou as Kamen Rider Fourze was approved but put on hold for administrative reasons.
Meteor is a different case, as there has been no reserve nor a character made.

Uh yeah there just was a reserve on Meteor. Just now. And how was he on hold when he was making in character posts in November...? Yeahhhh ohhhhh so there is a double standard on your rules lol. When I pmed you about Meteor though you said oh no you have to wait till episode 25 for both. This was after that character was made. You never said anything about Fourze not even being available REGARDLESS.

And the reserve was made AFTER the lock was removed. Fourze is a different case entirely.

False. Would you like a screenshot of the PM where Cross CLEARLY states that Fourze/Gentaro are under the episode 25 ban?

If I may offer a suggestion, there is the fact that the Fourze System used in the show is 2.0; In-game, this isn't defined. Easy way out so everybody wins and shuts the hell up: One of you make a 1.0 and one of you make a 2.0.
You're making a big deal about something on the internet. Pretty much like a good deal of HJU is.

I need to make a clarification here. I don't want to be Gentaro, I didn't mean that. I just wanted the Fourze System. =_= I would make an AU version of the belt and whatever I just want it to look and work the same, that's the thing. I don't really care for Gentaro and wouldn't make a really good play of the character anyway.

Then that's fine. However, to distinguish your Fourze System from Gen's, you have to give the System something that differentiates it from yours, and there has to be at least a minor physical appearance change, even if that change is inverting the colors. |

Lolno? Says who? The AU riders in Decade had no physical alternation. Canon precedent for my point. There are plenty of AU riders here, with no alteration to colors or anything like that. I may change SOME things but I don't want it to be on rule on creation that I have to change this that and the other thing. No, no dice.
