Torema dodged again, thinking How the hell can I beat this guy? If this goes on for much longer, I might have to use the Cannon.

Isaka closed his Driver, and switched his Memories for Weather and Arms, and reopened the Driver, changing to WeatherArms form. He raised his hand, and a red bolt of lightning arced down to hit Trey.

Torema dodged the bolt and reluctantly knew he had to use his most powerful attack. He placed his hands on the Drive Belt. The belt began to glow red, a massive amount of power eminated from it. Torema struggled to keep the power under control.

"Oh? This just got interesting." Isaka said as he switched Arms for Quetzalcoatlus, and assumed his own ultimate form. He flapped his wings once, and took to the skies, waiting.

The Drive Belt unleashed a beam of energy toward Shinkurou, Torema shouting "Machina......CANNON!"

"Oh, oh, oh, OH!" Isaka said as he shifted about 6 yards to one side, causing the Cannon to miss completely. He raised his hand, and the cloud formed, and he yelled, "Freezing Rain!" and unleashed the attack, sending several small ice spikes flying at Trey.

The Cannon forced the Drive Belt to deactivate and return Torema to human form. He dodged most of the spikes, only to be wounded by the last one to land.

Isaka landed and undid his henshin, returning his Memories and Driver to the inside of his jacket. He pulled out the Mantis Cutter in it's Knife mode, and lamented, "That was too easy. I wanted more of a challenge, expected more of a fight. You went to your ultimate attack too fast. Something like that is an attack you hold on to, until you're about to die. You don't have a very good grip on tactics, do you?"
