If I did this, I would probably expand it to include everything up to Samurai, possibly even up to Go-Busters.

I'd think SPD and RPM would be out, while you'd have Wes and Eric of Time Force at the least. If you didn't want convolution with time travel (SPD, Time Force) and dimension traveling (RPM...different dimension, set in the future, on another planet. Thanks a lot, Samurai...).

Yeah, Samurai just sort of screwed up the whole continuity. Though, I may make the Silver Guardians a subset of the Hexagon, as that seems like a good idea. And we may have to skip PRLG. So, I have sort of a alliances chart set up, based on the Wiki page and some of my own ideas. - Hexagon:
- MMPR (original 5 and Alien)
- Zeo
- In Space
- Lightspeed (Original 5)
- Ninja Storm (Wind Rangers)
- Wild Force
- Jungle Fury (All but Rhino)

I think the problem is going to be power distribution for the early years. Like MMPR specifically, considering their Coins.
Also, missing Aquitian Rangers.

The Coins are damaged/destroyed. Adam almost killed himself Morphing once in In Space.

Oh. That could be a problem, but one of the plot point is the Phantom Ranger tapped into the Morphing Grid in order to restore the Green Ranger powers, so maybe Tommy could do something similar.
