Kaoru decided to venture out into the city again from the Sanzu River, appearing out of a crack when no one was around. Despite currently serving Akumaro, she still gets bored just sitting around doing nothing, so she looked for some people to terrorize just because she could. Of course, she expected someone from one of the policing organizations to be watching, so she needed to be careful to avoid capture.

He was already there, or rather, was already on her tail. The file said she was a dangerous foe, a rogue Red. Slowly Keiji ate an apple, perched on the top of a bench. She was within view and barely within earshot, letting out a slow sigh he dug his teeth into it's firm skin some more. Eyes half open, hair disheveled, staring blankly in her direction. Civilian attire, though Keiji almost never wore his official uniform unless it was for a meeting and even then it would be a bit half assed. Throwing the core of the apple aside, right on the grass, not littering at all. Really. Honestly. "Why couldn't she be some deformed demon or something... instead I have to take in such a... sweet little lady... my luck." Hand on the back of his head, sighing as she came nearer and nearer. Jumping from the bench and now standing straight up in front of it.

Kaoru saw the man stand up, but did nothing; she assumed that he was just some random person. So she continued to walk closer and closer to to where the man was.

Holding up his hand, palm forward, as if to signify stop to the girl. "Oy, sorry, can't let you pass. If you want to make both of our lives a lot easier you'll just come with me. I'd really hate to ruin your hair or anything." Keiji yawned, stretching his back out a bit, cracking it slowly and slapping the back of his neck. A bit of a ritual of sorts, just to loosen and limber up. His stance was lack, it appeared as if he had never fought a day in his life. Of course, this couldn't be more incorrect.

"Wow, well this sure was easy! Man, if all criminals could be like you." Keiji didn't move, feet planted on the ground, sinking both hands into his pockets slowly and looking straight down at his feet. Then tilting his head back to the sky, fixing his gaze on the girl again and slowly walking over to her. The ruse was obvious, who gives up so easily? In Keiji's experience, only those who know they have lost. He would just have to show her the folly of her ways, he supposed.

Kaoru just smirked. These cop-types sure were predictable. Of course, she also wasn't laying on any seduction on him.

"Well I am always open to suggestions, is this in an official capacity or what?" Keiji closed his eyes, though still had a good idea of where she was. Scratching the top of his head slowly. "Though when I take you back to SPD headquarters you can always take your complaints to HR or something, even your suggestions. You know?" Yawning slightly, hand firmly on the badge in his pocket. Keiji smirked a bit.

The black and gold accents, much more intricate than a normal SPD badge. "Kaoru Shiba for your crimes against humanity and your defection to the side of evil, I Keiji Hakai have come to arrest you." Pulling handcuffs from his opposite pocket. "Now if you'll just slip into these..."

Damn. Too goody-good. "All right, then..." she said. "You've forced my hand..." She then snapped her fingers, and an army of Gedoushu appeared from the cracks in the ground.

Flicking the license up in the air, catching the button with his index finger. "Emergency..." Keiji spoke, his body becoming enveloped in a series of green binary coded letters, breaking free from the covering in his DekaMaster form, simultaneously pulling from his side his trusty D-Sword Vega. Running the tip of his index finger on the dulled, black blade. The sword itself still not activated. "Pawns like this have no business in trying to stop me. I am sorry Miss Shiba but you were caught the moment they called on me. Speaking from behind the mask, a slight grin on his face though it couldn't be seen. Keiji didn't even get into fighting position, simply waited for a movement.

Kaoru snapped her fingers again and the Gedoushu charged at Keiji. Meanwhile, she took out her Shodophone and drew the Kanji for fire in Black Mojikara. "Ipptsu Sojou," she stated, as she transformed into ShinkenRed. Then, a black overcoat fell over her, completing her transformation. However, she didn't make a move herself, waiting for the Dekaranger to strike at her.

As his finger reached the end of the blade, the Gedo were already charging at him. Keiji letting out a deep sigh, closing his eyes behind the mask. Speaking slowly. "Galaxy Sword Style: Vega Slash." Just as soon as they had appeared the majority of the meager pawns were cut down. To the human eye, Keiji merely dashed forward, however to the trained eye there was a series of one hundred slashes that cut through the mob of demons. They weren't all defeated, though he had cut himself a clear path to Kaoru. Holding his sword, still deactivated, to the right of his body and unleashing a might single handed horizontal slash at he midsection.

Kaoru expertly blocked the slash with her sword. "So this is the legendary Galaxy Sword Style... I've heard about it," she said. "But you are forgetting who your opponent is." She then took out her Origami Disc and spun it on the ShinkenMaru, wreathing it in flames.
