Yoshiya strolled through the streets in his standard Dekaranger uniform. He was getting into the swing of things and he was tasked with what would be his most important assignment yet - Taking down a small ring of Gaia Memory suppliers. Mainly because all of the big cases he was involved with was due to him tagging along and annoying everyone. At any rate, he was trying to start off the investigation. First things first - He had to chase down a suspect.
Acting as conspicuous as he could Josh was playing a melodramatic cop role in a relatively crowded place - Enough to catch people's eyes, but not so crowded as to make a complete fool of himself. 83% was harsh enough.

Scott's errands for Marvelous were a luxury for him. Sometimes the atmosphere of the GokaiGalleon was too cramped for him. He rounded a corner, saw the Deka officer, and quickly hid behind the corner.

Hikaru was finally finished with work for the day, so he grabbed Kyousuke and they went to grab a bite to eat. They rounded a corner, and noticed the Deka walking in the same direction, as well as the two guys talking to the Deka. Hikaru concentrated, and reverted to Zerogun form just enough to enhance his senses. Kyousuke did the same, simply because of the presence of the Deka. They heard footsteps at the other end of the street, but dismissed them.

"Really?" Josh said, grinning. "Gimme a moment. He reached into his jacket and fumbled around. He lowered his hand. "Have you seen my SP License?" He asked loudly, despite it being on his belt. Then he pulled out his sidearm and shot at the corner the man was hiding behind. He dashed foward, rounding the corner.
"Freeze!" He shouted.

"Well this just got interesting." Kyousuke said, hearing the report from the Deka's gun loud and clear. They started running to see what was going on over there, and arrived seeing the Deka pointing his gun at some dude who was peeking around the corner.

Scott raised his hands calmly when Josh went for him. He had a strange feeling that this particular officer wasn't going to be pleased to see him.
"Hi again, Josh. You know, I always seem to get caught on my little errands. And you have a friend! How sweet."

"You're that guy! The pirate guy with the cool jacket!" Josh exclaimed, remembering who he was. "That guy who gave Sakura-san so much trouble..." He added in a darker tone.
"You're doing chores again?" He commented after an awkward moment.

"I hope it sounds good to you, you people from SPD." Luka would add, standing to the left of Scott, Josh, and Edgeworth, on top of a small concrete railing, looking down at them a little....with her GokaiGun aimed directly at Josh's weapon. "Imagine my surprise to discover the caliber of people getting in Silver-kun's way." With a single shot, she could neutralize the SP Shooter's threat...with the GokaiSabre in her other hand, she could swing it out with her grappling rope, and nail Edgeworth's morpher.

At one of the sites where the Gaia Memory suppliers were...they were being watched from the shadows...or more accurately, the mirrors. A slight tapping would be heard in the fortress on Ventara...single raps of the finger against a heretofore foreign chestplate. "So...those low-lifes sell these little USB gadgets called Gaia Memories...supposed to be really powerful, eh?" he said aloud, tapping the chest plate again. "If they work with humans...I wonder what would happen if I used them on some of my minions? But there really is only way to find out, right buddy?"
Of course, his silent companion couldn't answer him, and he shook his head, "Ahh, I forget sometimes...that you can't speak...but if the petty police of Earth interfere with my operations...I'll have to...do something about that mute-ness." he said again, tapping the chestplate one more time before turning and walking down the small walkway, raising both hands as he opened mirror portals, sending invisible minions through to keep watch on the suppliers.

"Technically, I'm a Vegas bartender who was drafted into a Space Pirate crew and thought it was going to be terrible, but then I warmed up to the idea because we're fighting aliens who want to conquer the Earth in a secret war." Scott folded his arms and raised an eyebrow. "The rest of that's true, though."
