Being approved and waiting on approval until the set date are two different matters, however, which is why this is confusing.

Well, this isn't much of a big deal, though. I mean, I saw it, I honestly wasn't expecting the stamp of approval until the day we agreed on, but since it was approved, it meant I couldn't make any more characters until then. But, now that I have 30+, I don't mind waiting, if that's what Cross wanted / meant by it.
