Kakeru simply continued to stand, holding the tissue to his nose.
As the door opened, Kurotsu gave a light bow, before a quick introduction. "Ah, bonjour. My name is Kurotsu Kiban, CEO of Black Fang Fashions. My friend, Kakeru, is a friend of the couple, and requested that I join him as a guest. So, if I may, I shall come in and make acquaintance." His social standing and privileged upbringing were somewhat obvious in his speech.
