Gunpei was walking home from his job when he heard someone yelling on top of a building nearby. Something about how someone should stop attacking someone else. He ran into the building and began climbing the stairs, revealing his ZeroChanger as he did. He pulled off his Charger, and yelled, "ZERO CHANGE!" HE slammed the Charger into place, and the Changer responded with "ZERO CHARGE! BLACK!" as his armor appeared. When that finished, he started hopping from rail to rail, and reached the roof in no time. He saw three people, one a Rider, one a ....thing, and one a normal person. He equipped his Shooting Gear and opened fire on the thing.

Gunpei started walking forward, Gear still raised. "Move. I don't want to have to fight you, but I will fight. That guy needs to go. Once again, move." Gunpei stopped with his fist touching Kouga's chest.

Gunpei stood there for a moment, hesitated, then lowered his arm. "Dammit. You win." Gunpei had completely and totally bought Kouga's bluff. He turned and began walking away, still mad that S.H.I.E.L.D. had beaten him to this monster. He undid his henshin, and turned around, looking Kouga in the eyes.
"You certainly have some balls." Gunpei said.

Gunpei smirked. "Part of my job. The surprise that just registered in your eyes, if only for a moment told me everything. You were bullshitting that whole thing weren't you?" He prepared his Charger again, after considering just going feral and reverting to Zerogun form, but deciding to just transform in the Black Ranger again.

"Okay. Just one moment." Tucker took out a steering wheel lock. Then he whacked Caboose over the head with it. "I don't want to come back and find he's blown up the car." Then he followed Phil into the building.

Gunpei transformed back into the Black Zero Ranger, and lifted his arm, picking his target, which was the thing that the Rider was defending for some strange reason. He opened fire on the thing.
