"Yeah, sure. Get me a nail file on the way, will you?" Elizabeth replied as she fiddled with her handcuffs.

"Sure," smiled Bridge, he walked out of the room and then switched back to "Bad Cop" and burst back in again with a crank generator.
"Hang on! Hang on!" He shouted "I know what you're doing, you want a nail file so you can break your chains! Well I'm on to you missy! I'm on to you ..."

"Look at this." She tutted, holding her fingers in his face.
"Besides, your handcuffs must be pretty crummy if you can break them with a nail file." She mumbled quietly.

Bridge ignored her and dropped the crank generator on the table. "You know what we do to people who lie?" He asked, a rhetorical question which he answered anyway "We hook them up to the box,"

"Yay." Elizabeth cheered dryly as she sat back down.

Bridge stopped. He had no idea of where to go from here, normally people asked what "The Box" was and he would explain that it was a crank generator that you clamped to someone's nipples and then electrocuted them.
However this person probably wouldn't be fazed by that. Bridge looked at the box with an annoyed glare. Stupid thing. Either way he needed a new approach and it was getting quiet. Bridge pushed the box off the table, stood up and slammed his hands down on the table, shoving his face into Elizabeth's.
"Where are the rest of your merry little gang of theives!?" He demanded.

"In space, for all I know." Elizabeth sneered. "You're wasting your time here."

"Yeah well you're gonna be wasting a lot of your time little lady," Bridge said, giving her the patented "angry glare".
"I mean you're going to prison," He clarified, the frown leaving his face "Y'know, in case it wasn't obvious ..."

"And your evidence is...?" Elizabeth asked hautily.

...
Bridge froze up like a possum. He didn't say anything he didn't even blink. Despite the apparent lack of movement, his brain was firing on all cylinders trying to think of evidence. Nothing! Not a speck! Not a bite! Nothing!
... crap.

"Well, if that's it..." She mumbled and stood up. "Get me out of these already."

"... I know you had something to do with it," Bridge said, putting the bad cop routine away and instead becoming his serious self "And you aren't getting out till I find out what,"

"Why am I even here in the first place?" She snapped angrily.

"Because you tried to take a memory that was in police custody! Because you tried to evade arrest! Because you showed up after a dopant attack with a Gaia memory in your pocket!" Bridge said, listing everything he could think of, he was angry now.
He pulled his gloves off and dropped them on the table before stepping up and grabbing her hand. Without the limitation of the gloves his powers came flooding in. He started to root through Elizabeth's mind ...

"What?" Elizabeth frowned, surprised. The Wonder Memory... Could it have...
She felt something... She had become more and more compatible with the Planetary Bookshelves so she began to divert him there. She began thinking of everything she had ever learnt about Forever and frowned. If this carried on...
She decided to do the best thing.
"Pervert!" She screamed at the top of her voice, drawing her hand away.
