It was shortly after having killed Marcel that McKenzie remembered a number she had on her phone. She called it, trying to get a hold of the friend he had, the one she met, who wanted to help her. Suzie Cross.
She wasn't sure where Suzie was in the world, and just hoped the hour wasn't bad.

Suzie looked up from the bed. She reached out and tried to grab her phone instead it fell off of the bedside table. She grumbled and ducked down to pull it out from under her bed.
"Hello?" She asked sounding a tad grumpy.
