Izumi Kiba drove around the city....sensing another Orphenoch in the area...one with a familiar scent...almost...or maybe it was the particular kind of Photon Blood that he could smell. Either way....he wanted to find this individual.

Kiba continued, until he rolled up, seeing a rather gritty and different version of Faiz. "Hey, you!" he said, getting the man's attention...and going for his briefcase.

New Faiz glanced to him, noticing the briefcase. He walked towards Kiba, combining and lifting his blaster weapon.

Strapping on the Rider Belt, he dialed the number, "9-1-3" and pushed the phone back together as
"Standing By." was heard, then he slammed the phone down into the belt. "Complete."
Thusly transformed into Kamen Rider Kaixa, he quickly removed the phone again, dialing
"1-0-6." "Burst Mode.", and raising his Blaygun, dual-wielding as he shot first.

New Faiz rolled and lifted his weapon, opening fire towards Kiba's side.

Kaixa jumped off of the Side Basshar, sailing backwards through the air as he fired both weapons towards New Faiz, landing on his back after firing several shots.

New Faiz stopped firing and just kept running to the side to avoid. He slid and ran for Kiba after reorienting himself.

He stopped, tapping his weapon to his shoulder, "Just cautious," he said, lowering and firing a quick blast.

Kaixa round-house kicked the blast to the side, turning around again. "I can see that." he said, inserting the Mission Memory into the Blaygun, firing two shots at New Faiz as the system intoned, "Ready." The lightsaber-like blade extended downward, as Kaixa jumped at New Faiz in a bid to close the distance.

New Faiz leapt back, not intending on facing that blade without one of his own, firing as he went.

Kaixa twisted his body to one side, narrowly avoiding the blasts as he fired a few of his own from the Blaygun back at New Faiz.

New Faiz rolled to his bike, grabbing the handlebar and pulling his blade free. He did what was needed with his phone (don't remember) and held the blade up, ready to fight.
