Overview: Hanako is a very shy and reclusive girl, and her reclusiveness is at such an extreme that she will panic from any sort of social contact. This stems from the fact that she was bullied by other students in junior high because of her scars, including people that she had once called "friends". Underneath her shy exterior, though, she is a real sweetheart, showing kindness and compassion to those she talks to.

History
Not much can be said about Hanako's life before her first year of high school. It was plain and uneventful to say the least... However, shortly after starting high school, a terrible fire broke out at her home. Her dad was killed when the fire started, and her mom gave her life to protect her daughter from the flames, leaving Hanako alive, but scarred down the right side of her body. After returning to the campus, she was teased by her peers, including ones she called her friends. This, combined with her guilt at being the only one who survived, left her very pessimistic and withdrawn. She then transferred herself to Amanogawa High after her first year of school, and remained there ever since.
Her third year of high school, Hanako found a mysterious phone in her locker, which she later discovered was a Morpher for her to change into GaoSilver. While initially wondering why her of all people would get the phone, she later began using it as a crutch of sorts, to speak freely without being known. The only person she's confided this into is her friend, Tomoko Nozama, who she had met her second year. However, will she ever open up to anyone else?

Sample RP: Hanako sat across the table from Tomoko, her eyes focused on the chess board laying on top of it. Tomoko still had most of her pieces on the board, while Hanako did not. She carefully considered her moves.
"Pawn takes knight," Tomoko said, moving her pawn to take out her remaining knight. "Check," she said.
So it was. Her knight was only one move away from taking her king. However, she didn't see what Hanako did. "Queen to D7," she told her friend, moving it and taking the pawn on that space -- along with the only thing protecting her king. "Checkmate."
