History
Makito always wanted to become a rescuer, even at a young age he dreamed of joining a rescue team and saving people, to do this he trained extensively and did every rescue course available until he was almost akin to a professional by the age of 18 and had volunteered in plenty of volunteer services thus making him well known throughout the rescue service circles.
He was then scouted to join the rescue organization Lightspeed as Kamen Rider Lightspeed 2, at first he was hesitant to accept the offer since he had not heard of this Lightspeed organization but touring their facilities and seeing how dedicated they were at protecting and rescuing people he accepted the offer on the spot as he knew that this was his dream come true.

Sample RP: Makito charged into the flames as he dodged a falling pillar, the building was about to collapse on itself any minute, the calls to evacuate had already been given but Makito was not going to give up. There was still a child trapped inside and he would not turn his back on someone in distress, he located the child as he pushed the pillar away, “It’s okay” he said to the child with a smile, “I’m here to rescue you” he then picked up the child and quickly rushed out of the burning building.
It had been slow going because the child was quite heavy and Makito had to backtrack a couple of times as the pillars fell around them but he managed to rush out of the building just mere moments before the whole thing collapsed on it self; he put the child on the stretcher and smiled at him, “You’re safe now” he said as the child smiled back at him.
“Thank you” he said as he was wheeled away to an ambulance.
