Otoha sped ahead and changed back to normal. Something was bending over a limp human body, and there was a nasty slurping sound coming from it. It might have been a Horror, were it not for the fact that there were a few pistons coming out of its back.

William had not yet arrived as he continued to jump from rooftop to rooftop.

The monster aimed a powerful, machine-fueled punch at William.

"I recommend transforming." Otoha said, sheathing his sword.

Otoha held the Kariaser in front of him and walked through the sigil that appeared. He drew his sword and rushed the monster, which endured his attacks.

William continued to assault the monster as he hacked and slashed at it.

The monster roared, and let forth a stream of blue flames at William and Otoha.
Otoha used his sword to protect himself as he went in close.
