"But he never met Miu," K told Ziggy. She then looked at Miu. "Well, you'll be happy to know that it's finally finished. Configuring your Zord took a lot longer than I anticipated, though." K put the case down and opened it, handing Miu her Morpher, Engine Cast, and Engine Soul.

"Not that I really want to, but if you insist, K-hakase." Miu said, before turning to see the..new arrival. "I'm both serious and detached...however, Mr. Edgeworth...if you're the top prosecutor, then I am looking forward to meeting the top defense attorney. But it is nice to meet you." Miu said, shaking his hand for a moment before pulling back.

"Because Ziggy and Dillon are part of the same unit, I need them here as much as possible," K explained. "The Paleozord suits and the Prototype suits are capable for long-distance missions without my assistance."
Just then, two people walked into the room, though they weren't seen. You could hear their footsteps as they walked, though.

Phoenix looked up and noticed Edgeworth. "E-Edgeworth?!" he asked, genuinely surprised.
Moune just stood there, looking away from the others.
"Miles, Ziggy, Miu. These will be your new teammates," K told them.

"Teammates?" Phoenix asked, looking at K, confused. "I thought you were looking for a defense attorney to work at the Dekabase..."
"We are. It just so happened you and her would both work well as members of the Ranger Operator series," K told him, ignoring Edgeworth's objection.

Ziggy who had been uncharacteristically quiet for the last bit ran forward to Phoenix. If Edgeworth didn't like him this boded well for him in Ziggy's eyes.
