Emily was surprised at being hugged, but mentally shrugged it off as Kotoha doing her part to not fall. "I'm doing great, just...exploring out here, trying to get a feel for my element." she said, then was interrupted as she turned, forgetting to let go of Kotoha as she saw Kasumi come out in a weird outfit...

Kotoha turned and saw Kasumi rushing through the forest in a cosplay outfit, "W-what are you doing Kasumi? And what's with that outfit?" Kotoha asked.

Kotoha turned to Emily, "Kasumi works at a cosplay cafe so she has to wear different cosplay costumes each day...however she's always losing track of time so she's always late" she explained with a smile.

Emily smiled a bit, "Ah...so she works at one of those? Though I guess I'll have to go there sometime because I don't know much about it." she said, letting go of Kotoha but reaching for her hand. "You can walk with me in the woods if you want...better to stay together."

"I'm doing alright...I was kind of uprooted from one place and transplanted to another...but I think I'll get the hang of it, even if part of me is a little bit annoyed at my brother for putting this on me because he got hurt in the war." Emily explained.

Kotoha nodded, "So your brother was a Shinkenger...the original Shinkenger" she said, "you're just like me Emily...my sister was supposed to be the original Shinken Yellow but then she got sick and now I have to handle the burden of being a Shinkenger."
