He was indeed getting sh*tfaced, and was very angry. He was nearly to the point of being so drunk that he would just outright attack her. He would probably get arrested, maybe suspended from the Skyring Patrol, but he was too drunk to care. He wanted some form of revenge, and his fifth beer was very convincing to just outright attack her.

The other patrons realized there was a kung-fu duel going on, and everyone cleared out, leaving the duelers, Tsukasa, Noah and Angela alone in the bar.
