There! Wait, should he fire on him if he was waving? Which was he friend or foe? Conrad looked at the rider try to pick up a sword and then saw a worm land on him.
"Close your eyes!" Cried Conrad, firing the railguns at a Worm.
The creature was thrown into the wall by two bright streams of energy.

There was a Worm standing on him, he heard someone yell "Close your eyes!" then the Worm was gone. He stood up, dusted himself off, then cleaved a Larval Worm in two at the waist with one move.
"Thanks, dude!" Trenton yelled at the mystery Rider, who had apparently saved him, judging from the light shade of orange the ends of the devices on his shoulders were rapidly losing. He then turned to his left, and the HUD picked up a mature Worm in Clock Up.
Headed right for the other Rider.

"Okay, I'll cover the larval ones!" Conrad yelled, shooting another orange blast at a Worm that rapidly turned into a burst of green "But I'm not fast enough to deal with-"
Instead of the word "them" or "The faster ones" Conrad instead said "Waagh!" as he was thrown into the floor by a super-fast alien insect that he couldn't see.

"Well my suit needs to recharge for a bit before I can fight the faster dudes." Trenton said, trying to keep tabs on the other mature Worm, who was still in Clock Up, annoyingly enough. He bifurcated another Larval Worm, then ran over and helped the other Rider to his feet.

Conrad pulled up on the other arm and took out a second key, sliding it in and turning it. Part 2 of the PROSE VI form activated. A pair of bulky sword blades appeared around his arms and then moved onto them. The sockets round his shoulders reconnected to the ones in his arms and he looked around.
"Okay, so tell me ... guy," Conrad said scanning the area "How long till you get back to full charge?"

"About five minutes till I get to enough charge to defeat the final Worm. We'll have hold them off until then." Trenton said, switching into Knight Mode to conserve energy, shield rushing a Worm and stabbing it through the heart.

"Something along those lines, yes!" Trenton yelled while retrieving his sword from another Worm. He then spun around and slammed yet another Worm in the face, snapping it's neck.

Conrad jumped in, finishing it off with the massive wrist blades before backing up to Trenton.

"Trenton. Enchanted." He yelled back, and hopped back as another Larval Worm crashed in from above. When it landed, Trenton stabbed it through the heart, then kicked it off his sword into another Worm. He noticed he was at 45%.
'Damn. Fast charge.' He thought to himself.

'OK, this is getting ridiculous.' Trenton thought. He opened a comm channel back to the Ring.
"Skyring HQ, this is Agent Skyknight, ID number 213356, requesting Sky Trooper backup, over."
"Copy that, Agent Skyknight, Troopers are en route. Also, the base is detecting something very interesting at your location.
"Please, do tell." Trenton replied.
"According to the signals we're receiving, you and your friend there are standing on a massive Worm hive." the comms officer replied.
"Delightful. Skyknight out." Trenton closed the channel, then turned to Conrad. "We're standing on a huge Worm hive."

He slashed a pair of Larval Worms and then looked behind him at Trenton.
"That does explain all the Worms though," He said.

"It does now, doesn't it?" Trenton, decapitating yet another Larval Worm. "We may need to call in some bigger guns. I have Sky Troopers en route to help us out, but we may need help from other sources. Do you happen to know anyone with access to bunker busters?" Trenton asked as he lifted a Worm and tossed it onto one of it's compatriots. He checked his HUD and noticed he was at 60%. 'Just a little longer." Trenton thought.
"Agent Skyknight, this is Paladin Thompson. ETA 10 minutes. Thompson out."
"Copy Paladin Thompson, we are in the Harrod's. Skyknight out." Trenton replied. "Hey, those troopers are ten minutes out." He yelled to Conrad.

"Then get out of the way!" Conrad shouted, throwing a worm aside and placing the Finisher Trigger Key into his belt.
The gem in the middle of it began to pulse red and hum loudly.
"Core ..." Conrad slammed his swords into the ground to keep himself steady "OVERLOAD!"
There was a rush of air, heat and light as a huge red stream erupted from Conrad's belt, blasting throug the roof and taking out several worms, some via debris, some via being caught in the blast and one by being caught in it's brothers exploding.
Conrad gasped and then fell to his knees.
"Okay ... reckon that's given us enough time?" He asked.
