"I don't trust him," She said, leaning on her bike If he wanted to get our attention there are better ways than threatening to release a super-virus," She glanced at Drake for a second and then turned to the other three riders "What's the Silver Bullet do anyway?"

As to what the Silver Bullet does, all I can tell you is that its a virus that Smart Brain was developing to eradicate all humans from the face of the planet, either they'll all turn to dust or they'll become Orphenoch.
