The Fang Sharpens

Alright, so it's time to reveal the big secret of Black Fang that nobody knows. There are some details that some of you do know, but the big picture is different. Black Fang is soon going to militarize, going from support organization to anti-kaijin/kaiju mercenary company/task force. In the processes leading to the shift, they'd collected various things of power, such as robo parts, data on O Medals, Astro Switches (Sidestory), Gaia Memories (Another sidestory), and developing new Rider Systems, including the ARMA System, and the Fanteria Troops. As such, I'd like to recruit some more people to play members of Black Fang, either as support/development crew, or as combat members, as either field agents (Actual Riders/Rangers/Whatever kind of Hero) or as Fanteria (Weaker knock-offs of BF Riders that'll come later).

Also, I found a pic with custom Cores, but I'm having trouble recognizing a few of the animals, so some help would be nice.

Okay let's see, obviously you know the first ones I'm just a little OCD and wanted to make it pretty and after T-Rex it's pretty much guesswork.

Row 5: Shark, Butterfly(Moth is the next row), Panther, Tortoise (Also a guess), Kabutomushi, Jellyfish, Manta Ray

Oh, um, I'm not entirely sure it would be too good for one person to hold that many positions. Especially since Field Commander and Infiltration are opposite. Field Medic, there can be multiple, so that's a whatevs. Plus, feel free to come up with more positions, if you want.

Okay, to help decide, I'll give little requirements/job descriptions for each.

Tactical/Field Commander: Takes charge in the field, coming up with battle tactics and leading the non-Agent combatants. Requires a bold, dominant personality and a tactical intelligence.

Field Medic: Can be an addition to any position, or a standalone. Gives first-aid, and especially emergency first-aid, through either medical skill, or through some healing power. Requires either medical skill or some healing power.

Infiltration: A more solo-working position, dedicated to stealth, and used to get inside information on targets. The Infiltrator will need to either integrate himself/herself into the targets company or inner circle, or be able to easily get inside a target location and gather information unnoticed.

That could be an interesting plot point, since my senpai intends to join with a Tarot based Rider (Based on the Persona games), it could spawn a mild rivalry.
