Overview:
Prior to the brainwashing, Scott was a generally likeable person. He was fairly funny and only slightly shy. He never had much luck with girls, (though when he got into a relationship, he was mostly serious about it) and was almost socially inept, but he was still a cheery person, and always had something nice to say to people. He had a major passion for video games and comic books that was almost unrivaled. Despite his likeable personality, he had a trail of human wreckage that didn't like him that much.
After the brainwashing, Scott changed completely. He stopped showing emotions, keeping a blank expression on the whole time. He only responds to direct commands. He feels no fear and has a complete disregard for his own life, as well as the life of others.

Henshin Sequence: Scott clicks the buckle on the Poseidon Driver into place. Then, very similar to OOO's henshin, projections of the artificial Same, Kujira and Ookamiuo medals appear and make contact with Scott, changing him into Poseidon.

History
Scott has lived in Toronto for most of his known life. His parents were the average kind of parents, and raised Scott and his sister Stacey in a decidedly average way. He experienced his first relationship when he was 16, with his good friend Kim. They broke up, eventually, when Kim moved away to Quebec. He then dated Natalie Adams, who would eventually be known as "Envy", the lead singer of "The Clash at Demonhead". They split up when Scott got drunk and embarrased her at a party. When he was 20, Scott left home and moved...just across the street.
He eventually decided to take in a roommate, who came in the form of Wallace Wells, who irritated Scott to no end. Eventually, Scott met with some old school friends (including Kim, who had returned to Toronto) and formed the band Sex Bob-omb. It was an amateur band, so didn't enjoy much success. Scott then began to date a high-schooler, 17-year-old Knives Chau, much to everyone else's chagrin. Unbeknownst to them, Knives' dad was a well-connected agent of VECTOR, who was charged with seeking out new potential new minions. It was during this time that Scott began to date Ramona V Flowers, an American "ninja delivery girl" for Amazon.ca, as well as Knives.
When Knives found out, the first thing she did was tell her dad, who spied on Scott and Ramona for a brief period of time leading up to Scott's defeat of Matthew Patel, one of Ramona's exes who had been submitted previously for kaizo-ningen experiments and came out with powers of levitation and fireballs. During the night, Knive's father kidnapped Scott as "the perfect candidate" for the "Poseidon Experiment", in which the Poseidon Driver and three artificially-made core medals were bonded to Scott, who was brainwashed and bent to the will of VECTOR. Scott, now Poseidon, was charged with being the "Anti-Kamen Rider" of VECTOR, a job which entailed hunting down Kamen Riders, especially those affiliated with the Rider Army, and destroying them.

"Begin the test." Scott said simply as he clicked the Poseidon Driver into place.

Scott changed into Poseidon and raised the Blader as doors on either side of the room opened. Grunts were filing in to the room in a fairly disorganized way. Some were marching in single file, while others pushed and shoved their way into the room. Scott was incapable of feeling emotion, but if he could, he would be thinking how foolish they were; impatient to get to their death. Scott didn't waste any time in running towards the first throng of grunts and immediately attacking them. the test would be over soon.
