Description: Alan's appearance varies greatly depending on where you meet him. If he's at school, home or church he'll appear as a straight laced prefect role model of a young man in well kept red clothing unless the activities call for something else. When out away from those controlling influences his darker side emerges in his attempt at being a bad boy, overly gelled spiked hair and leather abound (though he still has the red shirts on underneath)./Annuldrial does not have a physical body on Earth instead requiring a host to share possession of a body with, as such he looks identical to Alan in the rare times he has control. In a more spiritual realm such as Heaven or Hell he resembles the stereotypical image of a demon to a T with crimson red skin, goat like hoofed legs, a spiked tail and a large pair of horns on his head.

Name: Red Fallen Ranger/Annuldrial the Infernal Auditor
Team: Fallen Rangers
Morpher /Sequence: Alan Morphs by driving a red demonic crystal into a rune tattooed on his wrist. This unleashes a short burst of Hellfire which appears to consume him and replace him with the Fallen Ranger form.
Description of Ranger Form: A demonic twist on the standard Sentai/Power Rangers not Spandex. The Red Fallen Ranger appears to be a red spandex body suit with a white inverted cross running down the center and spiked shoulder pads. Close inspection will reveal the spiked pads to be made of bone. The whole outfit is topped off with a red helmet that has a black tinted visor in the shape of a pentagram.

Weapons:

• Hellfire: Magical Energy that can manipulated by the Fallen Rangers. Burns on both the physical level and spiritual level with the spiritual damage being proportionate to how much guilt the victim feels due to their sins/crimes/other wrong doings.
  
• Tainted Blades: A pair of twin short swords with images of tormented souls inscribed upon the blades. No real special abilities just fancy and hard to break swords.
  
  

Zord:

• Annuldrial's Machination: A mechanical giant powered by a furnace of condemned souls in the shape of the Fallen Angel Annuldrial. It stands on a pair of goat's hooves that connect to a more humanoid body with a spiked tail and clawed arms.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Alan is the prototypical preacher's son. In church or at school he projects an image of a wholesome role model and ideal son, constantly on his best behavior but away from his family's prying eyes he is not as straight laced as he would seem. While not truly malicious Alan can be petty and vindictive when he doesn't have authority figures looking over his shoulder reminding him to be patient and forgiving for his Father's sake. None of this is helped of course by the fact that he has a Fallen Angel riding around in his head constantly tempting him to greater vices.
Strengths:

• Not exactly the smartest kid in either book or street smarts.

History:

Annuldrial didn't mean to fall and unlike the countless other Fallen Angels he is completely sincere in this claim. He did what no other Angel would and infiltrated Satan's ranks to undo them from within. His timing could have been better though as no sooner than he entrenched him place among the rebellious Angels had Michael's hordes cast the lot of them into the Pits of Hell. This left the divine auditor rather resentful of both sides of the war. He instead focused on dealing with humanity, pointing them in a direction of his choosing away from Heaven and Hell's goals as a form of petty revenge. He never expected his little hobby to have any lasting effect until he came to a group of four other Fallen not content with either side's actions.

Alan Matthews was the only son of Anglican Priest, Reverend Scott Matthews who never quite saw eye to eye with his Father. He's put on a good show for his sake but he never really bought into the idea that some Jewish carpenter was the son of God and died for his sins. He took to subtly rebelling against his Father's will and engaging in less than ideal behavior behind the Priest's back.

Unknown to Alan his Father was too busy to notice his son's outbursts. Scott had seen the destruction in Great Britain by the demons to be a sign of a coming apocalypse. Unable to reconcile his servitude to God with watching the deaths of billions he summoned Annuldrial and made a contract. In exchange for the souls of five "adolescent and emotionally overbearing individuals" Annuldrial and his Fallen Allies would turn those teenagers into a force to fight off both the forces of Heaven and Hell, save as many people as possible and if possible to stop the end of the world. Alan along with four other kids from the church's Youth Group were chosen by Rev. Matthews to become the new defenders of the world, the Fallen Rangers.

Anything Else: I'm not sure how the rules work for Sentai/Power Ranger teams. Can I play them as a single character or do I have to bring them in gradually like I would any extra characters? If I can bring them in now I'll do a write up for the other four Rangers too.

Sample RP:

The night had been quiet. No sign of any Angels or Demons. With his homework done that meant Alan was free to make the most of it himself. None of his Father's insane war or those stupid Rangers to deal with tonight. Just him, his friends, some fake ID and a liquor store.

"Alan, you make it all too easy to be a Demon you know that." Annuldrial mocked within the boy's head. Maybe the night wouldn't be completely free of the war between Heaven and Hell but Anuldrial was tolerable.

"Shut up Annuldrial. This is my night off, I am not dealing with you tonight." Alan mentally groaned as he threw on his jacket and went downstairs. His blood grew cold as he saw the headlines of a muted CBC news feed. The news lady was going on about a monster attacking the harbor but he could recognize that twelve winged freak for what it was. That was an Angel. So much for his night off. "Dad! We're going to need a ride down town!"

Before his Father can respond to the summons Alan draws the crimson crystal from his pocket and turns his left arm around to reveal the demonic rune inscribed upon his wrist. He takes a deep breathe before jamming the sharpened stone into the brand and lets out a fierce cry of, "RED FALLEN POWER!"

Flame just out from the fresh wound and with the stench of brimstone his body is burned away by the flame. The pain is unimaginable but Alan is used to it now, this isn't the first time nor will it be the last. Seconds later the flame is gone leaving not a charred body as one might expect but instead a warrior clothed in thin red armor proudly displaying his weapons, a pair of ornate short swords in his arms spread across his chest.

"Annuldrial - The Infernal Auditor." the warrior says in a voice not entirely belonging to the boy who's body it claimed nor the Demon who's power it invoked.

Description: The youngest of the group along with his twin sister Harriet, Larry stands half a foot shorter than the other rangers. Despite the bleakness of his situation he remains cheerful never losing his wide smile. He's rarely seen without his blue denim jacket. In a spiritual realm Leviathan resembles an anthropomorphic shark.

Name: Blue Fallen Ranger Leviathan - Beast of the Deep

Morpher /Sequence: Like all Fallen Rangers Larry transforms by driving a demonic crystal into a rune on his left wrist which causes his body to be consumed by hellfire.
Description of Ranger Form: As above but in the color blue. His helmet has a visor in the shape of two waves going in opposite directions.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Larry is ungodly happy and friendly. Even in contexts where such behavior would seem incredibly out of place. Even his twin sister cannot recall a moment when his trademarked smile has not been strung out across his face. This makes him incredibly hard to shake but a genuine pleasure to be around. Unlike most of the other Rangers he doesn't really have any dark secrets or hidden agendas and genuinely wants to do this for the good of the people much to Leviathan's disdain.

Strengths:

• Constantly friendly and happy no matter how bad the situation.
  
• Surprisingly intelligent considering his demeanor and general naivety
  
• Heroic almost to a fault.
  

Weaknesses:

• Naive, is genuinely unable to understand why people wouldn't want to help each other.
  
• Overly concerned with Harriet's safety.
  
• Will not allow any innocents he sees to suffer, no matter what it costs him or the team.
  

History:

Leviathan was not cast into the pit with Satan and his followers. He served God well until he was called upon to kill the rebellious Prophet Jonah. Leviathan had too much empathy for the frightened man and instead of killing him for his lack of faith he set him back upon the righteous path. This angered the higher ups which resulted in the aquatic Angel being banished to Hell. Centuries later he would meet up with Annuldrial and they would share their woes over their unjust punishments.

Larry never knew pain or sorrow. He grew up in a quite comfortable middle class life with his loving parents and his twin sister Harriet. While Harriet was slightly colder and more analytical Larry was always warm and outgoing. Constantly active in many projects for the betterment of the human condition he jumped at the chance when Reverend Matthews offered him a place as a Fallen Ranger.

Description: Roughly the same height as he brother Harriet is much more serious than her brother, giving most people a vicious glare almost constantly. Unlike her brother though her mood is more malleable and she can be made to lighten up on occasion. Hastur when seen in his true form is beyond human comprehension and most tend to go mad upon catching even the faintest glimpse of him as such when dealing with mortals he tends to take upon the form of a handsome man dressed in yellow robes.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Harriet much like the so called "Spy" she was named after has never been satisfied with normal her life, this lead her to be more inquisitive and studious but also slightly awkward socially. Those who do not know her well like her brother will likely find her cold and uncaring due to her social inability but if you can get close to her you can see she is a well meaning and compassionate soul despite her cold and manipulative exterior.

Strengths:

• Intelligent, easily the smartest person on the team.
  
• Manipulative, good at playing people against each other if it serves her purposes and involves little direct interaction.
  
• Strategic, good at forming complex plans for the team.
  

Weaknesses:

• Shy, gets nervous when having to deal with people she doesn't know well for extended periods of time.
  
• Cold, doesn't warm up to strangers very well and often comes across as uncaring.
  
• Overprotective of her brother.
  

History: Hell existed before God used it as a prison for Fallen Angels. The Great Old Ones dwelled in this gap in Time and Space. Among them was Hastur, the King in Yellow. Most of the other sought their own realms upon Hell being claimed by the White Christ. Hastur did not, he made his home among the Fallen Angels in hopes of helping them escape and allowing him to reclaim his void. Over time he came to resent them for their constant failures as much as he did the beings that imprisoned them here. This lead him to Annuldiral and Leviathan.

Harriet was not satisfied with her normal life and instead turned to her books for a means of escape. Her favorites had always been Divine Comedy and At the Mountains of Madness. They showed a world beyond her own with powerful beings seeking to bring ruin to her own and bring excitement to her. When she discovered the offer of the Fallen Rangers there was no way she could do anything but accept.

Anything Else: Yes, the fact that her partner is a male entity is a MMPR reference.

Description: Martian is the oldest of the group and shows it being bigger and stronger than the others by a significant ammount. Some of the others joke that his hair looks white because of how old he is. He's almost never seen without his leather jacket and black denim pants. Magog looks less like demon in his true form and more like a bad genetic experiment with the body of a gorrila, the arms of a grizzly bear, the head of a lion and the horns of a mountain goat.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Martain is rather selfish and inconsiderate of others. He was only at the Youth Group to begin with because Alan blackmailed him. He never wanted to be a hero and only really took the power because he figured he could find uses for it on his own time in between Angel and Demon attacks. He claims he doesn't care about the rest of the group but deep down inside he does consider them to be his friends.

Strengths:

• Common Sense, while others may be smarter than he is he's easily the most grounded in reality.
  
• Oppurtunisitc, can find something of value or exploitable in almost any situtation.
  
• Stuborn, once his mind has been set to something he is particularly hard to deter from his task.
  

Weaknesses:

• Rude, politness is practically his kryptonite.
  
• Cyncial, not without good reason but it often causes him to put heads with more idealisitic indivduals.
  
• Selfish, unless it involves directly hurting someone else he will almost always take the option that leads to the most personal gain no matter how unsavory it is.
  

History: Magog unlike the others involved in this pact fell for perfectly valid reasons. He marched against God among the armies of Satan. The difference between himself and them though was that he was unaware that this wasn't what God wanted. To put it lightly in the old days before time began Magog was the Forrest Gump and Waterboy of Heaven. A moron who did quite well for himself with luck and some well timed brute force. As time wore on though his luck ran out and he was tricked into a bad crowd which lead to his Fall. Annuldrial isn't sure if Magog is truly aware that he is being punished and not on vacation but he convinced the almost mindless monster to join his cause anyways, he'll cause less trouble here anyways.

Martain Lee was the oldest son of a big farm family that never could really make ends meet. To try and help Martain turned to petty crime. This went on for a while until when he was sixteen and was caught by his parents stealing a teacher's car. To avoid the charges Martain ran away to the city where he lived on the street for a couple of years before he met up with Alan. Alan helped Martain get off the street and into a housing program through his Father's church in exchange for some criminal contacts. Overall it seemed like a pretty sweet deal until Alan changed the terms and requested Martain join him at the Youth Group and the Fallen Rangers or else he'll go to the police with Martain's whereabouts. Needless to say he's less than happy with the arrangement.

Description: Curveous, and sultry. Words that can be used to describe Penny at your own peril. While she is beyond a doubt quite attractive there is nothing she hates more than being judged by her appearance. If one looks at her hard enough that's not difficult to see as behind that innocent smile and pretty sparkiling eyes she has a fire raging ready to consume all in her path should they cross. Persopine in her true form resembles a scared looking Greek woman in a toga covered in faded red (read pink) stains and burnt scars across her forearms.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Penny is quite friendly and outgoing but easily offended, often by remarks that were intended as compliments. Her body issues stem from the fact that she was quite an ugly duckling growing up, it wasn't until recently that she grew into her body and became the attractive young woman she is now. As such she's so used to be ridiculed for her body she has a hard time accepting anything else. She still has some unresolved feelings for Alan but she keeps them under control for the most part.

Strengths:

• Determined, when set on task she will stick to it as long as possible.
  
• Heroic, along with Corin she really wants to be a hero and help people.
  
• Compassionate
  

Weaknesses:

• Easily offended, just don't talk about her body. You were liable to get hurt by doing that before she got demonic powers.
  
• Unresolved feelings for Alan. There relationship ended on good terms but she still has some feelings for him that he surpressed for the good of the team but they occasionally resurface at inconvient moments.
  
• Holds grudges. If you wrong her severly enough she will not rest until she has repaid you in kind, possibly with interest.
  

History: Unlike the other Fallen Rangers Persopine never saw Heaven. She had saw something vaugely similar in sections of Hades three months of the year back when she was known as Persophone, the Greek Goddess and bride of Hades. As the believers in Greek myth gradually faded away as Rome and Christianity spread they demonized the older religions deities into creatures of darkness. With humanity believing in their worst thats what they became descending into the pits of Hell. Persopine manages to maintain memeroies of her time as Persophone for some unknown reason and resents what happened to her blaming Hell, Heaven and even humanity.

Penny Miller is Alan's ex-girlfriend. They were together for about two years before mutually agreeing to split up a few months prior to their gaining Ranger powers. She had enough friends within the youth group that she continued to attend even after she was no longer seeing the guy who brought her there and things were pretty good. The trouble started when she was chosen to become a Fallen Ranger, after a couple of battles she found her old feelings for Alan to be blooming once more while his seemed to be doing nothing of the sort. So far she's managed to keep it under control but as the old saying goes, Hell hath no fury like a Woman scorned. Well when that woman has the fury of her own scorn and Hell it's not going to pretty.
