Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Ixa
Henshin Device/Sequence: One would take the Ixa Knuckle and presses on the knuckle piece, saying, "Henshin", and then puts it into the docking port on the Ixa belt to transform. An energy cross emerges and covers his body in Ixa's knight-like armor. Waylon, however, puts his belt on, lifts the Knuckle in front of his face, then down to his chest, then puts it out to his left, where he presses it with his other hand, then draws his arm to his right, bending it to do a sign of the cross with the Knuckle, then pushes it down to dock it, saying, "Under God's grace, return your life. Henshin."

Henshin Device/Sequence: Kivat the Second flies to Waylon and bites his hand. He places Kivat on his waist as a chain belt appears, forming his armor in a ripple.

Weapons and Abilities: Strength, speed, resilience. He has no weapons, but is extremely powerful in his own right. He has three Fuestles for his Rider Punch, Kick, and a suicide explosion attack that could level the entire area.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Waylon is a man of pride and discipline, keeping a very orderly lifestyle and manner about himself. He is a strong believer in God, and a Christian. He believes highly in God, claiming lives of Fangires and others in His name, but also despising himself for being a Fangire, an a mockery to God as such. He seeks repentance through killing his foes and returning their lives. He is a man of honor and his word. He lives in seclusion, no hobbies or friends, as a result of his Fangire side; only allies and associates. He also refers to Ixa with a long "E" sound, instead of an "I", so it sounds like "Eexah".

Weaknesses:
- Won't rely on his Fangire side, even if he needs to use it to win, or even live, most of the time
- He constantly hates himself

History: Waylon was brought into existence as the Silkmoth Fangire in 1910, and did as all Fangire did; devoured humans to feed. Eventually he found church, and found God, deciding to repent for his ways. He vowed to never feed on humans again, but when he started to weaken, he took up justice and hunted down criminals, devouring them to keep alive, while fighting for justice for everyone else. He joined the Aozora when he heard about them, and in 2009, became Ixa.
Sample RP:
"Fangire, come!" Waylon shouted as the Bison Fangire tried to devour a man.
It turned to him, hate reflecting off of its stainglassed body. It rushed him, while he slowly drew up the belt and Ixa Knuckle. He drew it up in front of his face, then down to his chest, then to his left, where he pressed it, "Ready" it said in a mechanical tone, then he drew it to his right, forming the sign of the cross.
He shoved it down to dock it, "Under God's grace, return your life. Henshin!"
An energy cross formed out, flying over his body, assuming the Ixa armor form. "Burst!"
Heat and energy flew from his body, slamming into the Fangire. As it rose, he punched it rapidly, drawing the Knuckle and spinning around, ramming a powered punch into its chest, and then firing a pulse blast, sending it flying.
"Broken Fang." He said, running forward and leaping up. He came down with a shout, energy swirling around the Knuckle. He punched the Fangire, shattering it by striking the already existing wound.
"A life returned to God." Waylon said as stainedglass littered the ground around his feet.
