Gokaigers: Trial for the Ultimate Power

Basco hasn't faced the Gokaigers in a while, is the thing. We don't know how he stacks up to them right now, just that his best bets revolve around the use of a firearm or a speed form. And once he starts using his mutant option, he's going to keep using it, most likely.

Joe needs to be back before that, and be present for his first use of that power, for some of Basco's history that I plan on exploring. Then the shining keys can come into play, since Basco's going to kick immense ass in that first use.
