Back in Japan, once more without Mezool... At least she had been picking up some Japanese to compensate being on her own here.

Mary was sitting at an outdoor restaurant, eating dinner. It had been several days since Hikaru and Nago left, and she was already starting to feel alone again. Sure, she knew they would come back... but when?

She felt increasingly alone here...no, she didn't care that she was the only non-Japanese person she had seen since arriving, but it would be nice to at least find someone to talk to, or at least to see someone else who wasn't Japanese, to put her at a bit of ease. She couldn't keep calling Mezool, after all, to talk.
She was walking past an outdoor restaurant and looked as she walked, at least seeing someone who wasn't Japanese, a young woman. That at least brought a bit of a smile, some comfort.

Well, it wasn't a lie. She was trying to be of use and find some other Greeed to try to get some Medals, to help Mezool by weakening the enemy.
