Overview: Andrea does not suffer fools and sees herself as being infinitely superior to just about everyone else in the world. She sees the current state of the Fangire as disgrace to the legacy of the Original King and all others as food, weapons or pests to be dealt with.
Villain Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Dark Kivarra
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: Kivala the First, a tiny grey female Kivat, less than a quarter of the size of a male Kivat.
Henshin Sequence: Kivala bites Andrea's left index finger which allows her to form a belt which she hangs from to create the armour.

Image/ Description: An anthropomorphic bat with a body made of stained glass and inky black flesh. Unlike a normal fangire her claws and fangs look more like dark calligraphy strokes in the air rather than blades of coloured glass.
Motif: A stained glass bat
Color Scheme: Multicoloured glass over top of black.
Transformation: Andrea simply dismisses the illusion of her human form and it slips away to reveal her true fangire form.

Image/ Description: Similar to Kiavala but with a darker colour scheme, black replacing the white and more red on the armoured bits. On her back hangs a long black cape.

Weapons: Kivarra Blade, a long black bladed rapier with a red hilt.
Abilities: Super strength, enhanced speed, enhanced physical resistance, short distance flight
Finisher(s): Night Slash, Kivala leaves her perch, flies around Dark Kivarra for a few seconds as she reshapes the cape of the Rider Armour into a pair of black wings and turns the daylight into the dark of a new moon night. With these wings she propels herself forward at sub-sonic speeds leading with her blade into a powerful stabbing strike.
Other Equipment:- The Ace of Colts: A handgun designed to fire bullets each carrying enough Inga to open a gate for a horror into the person they are fired at (The gun from Garo ep 21). Beings with natural magic or a strong enough force of will can resist the formation of the gate though.
History
Andrea led a well off life. From a young age she was groomed to be the best she conceivably could as she was meant to inherit the the title of Queen when she grew. She studied in science, magic, politics (both between the human nations and the Kaijin tribes) and martial arts for a hundred years. She quickly grew into what many considered to well worth her destined title. That was until 1985, the old Queen was old and failing, even allowing a minor member of her court to fall in love with a human and steal two separate Rider beasts from her the Sagarc and Kivat the Third, the sources of the Saga and Kiva powers fell into the hands of half breed and his human Father.
With the previous Queen's failure to punish her subordinate before the loss of such powerful weapons Andrea was set to take the throne. Unfortunately fate had other plans for her, as it would happen she stumbled upon a gate to the demon world of the Horrors as she made her way to Castle Doran to slay the current Queen. A horror sensed her presence and stepped through with the intent to posses what it assumed to be an ordinary human woman. Her own demonic powers allowed her to overpower the Horror and take it's power for her own in exchange for a small bit of the life force she takes to feed. She quickly mastered the extra power from her Horror partner as well as knowledge of a weapon that she could use to do this to other Fangire. She decided to wait to claim her rightful place until she had this weapon to revolutionize the Fangire race.
The Ace of Colts was a gun forged from makaki daggers by a Horror Eating Makaki knight out on the American Frontier. He was put down by the old Ghost Rider, Carter Slade and the weapon was lost for many years. It went from hand to hand among various monsters and criminals always looking for a way to release the horrors sealed within. It took Andrea nearly twenty years but eventually she tracked it down to the private collection of man called Freshno Bob within the formerly domed city of Corinth. The foolish crime lord simply assumed it to be a relic from the old west unaware of it's true powers. It was a simple matter to kill the fool's guards and take the weapon when the city was distracted by the potential assault of the Venjix Virus. With this weapon in hand she returned to the Fangire people intending to use the power of the Horrors to bring them back to their place as the top monster race.

Things had changed in the years she had spent in self inflicted exile. The Fangire had fallen into disarray with a King who would rather spend his time battling monsters made of shiny trinkets than ruling his own subjects and a Rook who was not long ago an Orphenoch. She did not bother to dignify her counterparts with disdain, she simply wandered into the cambers of the Checkmate Four and took her seat as Queen. The minor Fangire of the court begin to whisper, it was her the one chosen to be Queen centuries ago who disappeared when her time came. Now she had returned but was different somehow. The demonic aura around her extended further than a Fangire's should and her shadow would on occasion shift of it's own will as if it did not truly belong to her. She looks over to the King and smirks, "Damien Drake. I never expected you to asscend to throne.
