Thanks to Sohndann posting the link to Linkara's review of The Electric Tale of Pikachu, it spurred an idea into my head. What if the heroes and villains had to band together to fight an Outer God who wants to consume all of reality into its being?
That's where this plotter comes in. We need to do some serious planning to get this to even work, so let's all chip in here!
I'll hand it over to Sohn for the general ideas, since I've been watching Linkara rather sparringly as of late.

The whole idea behind the Entity story was this: A cult worshipped an all-consuming God known as the Entity, and inadvertently called it into the universe. Shortly afterwards a multidimensional conqueror arrived to dominate the universe, claiming to want to save it from the Entity. Everyone thought he was lying so he could easily take over the universe. The conqueror was defeated, but turned out to be right: the Entity was real, and begins consuming the Earth, slowly wiping things from existence. The worst part was that no-one knew it was happening. All the while the Entity disguised itself as a well-trusted person.

Like, if something like Galactus showed up and wanted to just destroy everything? Is that the general idea?

Kind of, but not quite. In Atop the Fourth Wall's Entity storyline, the titular abomination wanted to absorb all of existence into itself.

Not quite. No-one's taking any notice of the Entity removing parts of the world because it tampers with people's memories. It's as if the removed parts never existed.

However, I don't think we could go that far. Since this is a Henshin Heroes season-wide event, we need to give the others a reason to fight.

Well we have singularity points with ripple effect proof memories, and since the physics of this universe run a little bit like Gurren Lagann I'd say people may notice that stuff's going missing if they have a strong enough connection to it.

So, say if Karazu was erased, Sanyu and Suzie would definitely know that she was gone, while some others who don't have a strong enough bond to her wouldn't even know she existed.

Basically yeah. And since people are used to weird stuff happening they'd be more likely to help Sanyu and Suzie than have the two sectioned.
Should we go with the Doctor Who idea that time "re-asserts" itself around the changes? So that for example if Karazu woke up and Suzie didn't exist the key events went the same but happened for different reasons (She went to a honeymoon alone, Peter didn't kill her because his armour shorted out, not because Suzie saved her etc.)

It would make sense, but Karazu, having a close enough bond to Suzie, probably would remember all that happened. Am I correct?

Yeah she'd remember. I'm just tossing hypothetical's around here.

Anyway, I'm thinking that, as it goes on, more and more people disappear from the world. Maybe near the end of the season, each person here will be limited to two or three characters to use until the climax of the movie, where all the heroes come back to fight the Entity (which is what I'm gonna refer to it as until we actually come up with something.)

Have you ever read The Order Of The Stick? That has an interesting Eldritch Abomination called "The Snarl". The basic idea is that The Snarl is locked Within The Planet Earth and as it begins to escape, tears open up in the air and the creature starts to ease through. I really like the idea of only having a few characters near the end.

Well, characters works better, because this is a plot where the heroes and villains are forced to work together. So, we should decide on a number first.
