+This thread is exclusively for the forces of evil and will focus on Mantis and his plans to usurp Crowley's resurrection.+
Deep underneath Westminster Abbey, deeper than anyone knows about, is a room. This room has existed since the founding of Londinium by the Romans. Ancient druids found a way to communicate with the dead through a portal. The doorway itself was there long before they found it, it was in a way a tear in the universe. Created before the beginning of time during the War In Heaven when Lucifer lead his followers in rebellion against his father.
In the particular room Peter Mantis, knight of the realm, and self-proclaimed ruler of England, sat in meditation before the portal. It was eight feet high and eight feet wide forming a perfect circle. Various occult symbols decorated the stone ring that circled it It's center was the color of light and rippled with the sounds of the dead.
The door leading to the room opened and a masked man entered. His mask was that of a long nose venetian (halfmasks.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/long_nose_venetian.jpg), it was decorated in various designs and the Hellfire symbol bright on it's forehead.
"Master." he bowed deeply "The coven has assembled inside the house of the dead Queen. They ask your presence, they wish to celebrate your crowning and prepare for the return of Our Lord."
Mantis opened his eyes and arose with agility not of a man his age. He approached the man while his eyes remained fixed on the portal.
"Understandable." he turned his gaze to the messenger "Tell the Elders that I have much to prepare for His coming. Festivities are currently not my priority." he reached out and shook the member's hand "We are so close, I mustn't let anything distract me. We have all done so much to arrive where we are. I thank you and all of the members for their hard work."
The member was taken aback by Mantis's open show of appreciation, thanked his Master and left for Buckingham.
Mantis turned to the portal and spoke quietly.
"The Great Beast. You may find your arrival will take longer than you planned." he smiled to himself.
As the messenger ascended through the labyrinth of tombs that lead to Buckingham he rubbed his palm where Mantis hand shook it. He rubbed in once before sticking it in his pocket, as it disappeared from his view a symbol flared red before going blank.
