Sakura laughed lightly and brushed a hair out of her face, "Well...my father was an SPD officer, he was a high-ranking member of it in fact and when he retired I had just turned 5...he would use to tell me stories of his time in the SPD and I became enthralled in it; I almost wished that he would've taken me to some of his meetings with the higher-ups but of course my mother wouldn't want anything to do with it at my young age so I turned to stories my father told me and as soon as I was old enough I joined the SPD and now here I am" she narrated to Kiba.

"Y-yeah" Sakura nervously said not wanting to mention the myriad of problems and abuses that she suffered while she was in the SPD as well as other recent events that made her very vulnerable hence why she was always with Jasmine who seemed to know and understand her problems.

Sakura bit her lip and she digged her nails into her palms, "There were problems within the SPD...but I managed to get through them" but the truth was she didn't got through it alone, if Jasmine hadn't been there to support her she would've quit the SPD long ago...she owed everything to Jasmine; she was more than a friend she was the only support she had within the SPD.

Sakura smiled as she politely brush Kiba's hand away, "It must've been hard...to not be accepted by either side, a pariah and outcast, I can sort of understand...actually no I don't...I don't understand what it must've been like...I'm sorry."

"You don't need to be sorry. Being a pariah before I ran didn't really bother me, but I was often talked bad about." Kiba said as they got to the park, and found a nice bench under the shade. "Want to sit here for a bit?" he asked.
