(Note: Set a while after Long Overdue Meeting, and ties in with my bio's sample RP a little)
Kiba had gone ahead, telling the others he would meet them at a specific hotel in the city. He wanted to scout and see if he could pick up anything suspicious.
But now, as he revved up and sped down the road, the Intergalactic Hitman Gigantes walked out from around the corner, returning to his human form (Not Vino, for anyone who saw Dekaranger), and getting on his bike, pursuing that man.
Meanwhile, a local police officer found the bodies and the mark of a non-human culprit, radioing in this fact and the fact he saw someone flee the scene.

Sakura arrived on the scene and examined it, "Hmm...it does look like a non-human entity killed these people, but which one I can't tell" she told the officers, "can you describe what the person who fled the scene looked like?"

The police officers described to her basically the Side-Basshar and the back of a man probably in his early to middle 20's.
Kiba meanwhile had gotten away, but had this nagging sense that he was being followed...maybe by that strange creature, he thought. What he didn't know was that now he was a witness to a crime...

Sakura nodded, it wasn't much but at least it was something, she decided to go towards the same place where the man was headed to hoping to catch up to him on time.

Kiba pulled over and got off, deciding to use his senses to try and feel where his stalker was...and then he was blindsided by him, sending him flying through the air, Kiba's eyes turning a vibrant grey and he would yell out as he changed into his true form, crashing through a wall in the process.

Sakura continued to search for the man, he was hard to find considering that he had just a unique bike, "Mou...where can he be?" she asked herself as she continued to search for him.

Then the fight would burst out nearby as Kiba was thrown through yet another wall, landing on his back as blue fire burst open around his minor injuries

Sakura heard the fight and quickly rushed to the scene as she saw Kiba be thrown into a wall, she then quickly tirned into Deka break and she punched the offending figure.

Kiba as the Horse Orphenoch got to his feet to see a seemingly spandex-clad figure fighting this figure now...and he paused for a moment before jumping forward and kicking the Alienizer but being brushed aside by a hard punch.
The Alienizer focused on Dekabreak now as the Orphenoch was forgotten.

Sakura dodged the punch that the Alienizer threw at her before she punched back with her flame technique before executing a roundhouse kick.

The flame technique sent the Alienizer back a little, but he caught her roundhouse kick and punched her repeatedly in the stomach before tossing her aside.
Kiba had gotten to his feet, and he was able to tell now that it was a lady under that suit, "Kisama..." he swore lowly before yelling out as he turned into the more heavily armored Charger form, and charged forward, bulling into the side of the Alienizer as he went to shoot Dekabreak.
This sent the Alienizer back and he turned to shoot at Kiba, but his shots were deflected by the shield that he had summoned.

Sakura was thrown backwards and she landed hard on her back but she then got back up again and this time did a bicycle kick towards the Alienizer. She was surprised to find that the man was a Rider, she would have to talk to him once she was done with this Alienizer.

(He hasn't shown he was a Rider yet. But he will now)
After firing at him and not hitting, the Alienizer took the bicycle kick on his armor and elbowed her in the side of the leg.
While Kiba used that opportunity to back-up near his bike and return to human form, "Looks like I'm up." he said in a normal tone as he opened up the briefcase and strapped on the loaded Kaixa gear.
Then he hit "9-1-3." "STANDING BY."
And closed the side-flip phone, turning it forward where the X was visible
"Henshin."
Then he pushed it down onto the belt, the latter responding with.
"COMPLETE." Three yellow photon streams spread over his form in a bright flash of light before dissipating to reveal Kamen Rider Kaixa.

Sakura saw the man transform and she knew that he was indeed a Rider, she decided for now to tag with him until she could get to the bottom of this.

Kaixa flicked his wrist as the Alienizer charged at Sakura, and ran forward as well, his left hand grasping the hit man's wrist as he attempted to punch Sakura.
Then he manuevered around to where he was between Sakura and the opponent, taking several hits on his armor as he did so before his right hand went to his waist and he fired the Blaygun from the hip at close range, doing a very specific hit that sent the Alienizer staggering backwards
