He wears faded navy skinny jeans, a white singlet and a leather jacket that contains a deactivant pocket containing his Glock (Doesn't show up on scanners and such). He has a ripped body that he manages to effortlessly keep.
Rider Stuff
Name:Kamen Rider C.O.S.M.O.S.(Smallcaps)
Henshin Device:The Cosmos Obital Space Mechanical Overseer System is a system created using alien materials to enchance the suit. The suit was created on atomic levels and is fired from obital stations that do full circles of planets(Though they're never more than 300 Kilometres away from the user) equipped with the system. Jason, like many other users, had biomechanics installed to allow for digital summoning of the sattelite and for the physical capabilities to maximise the suit's potential. He had a processing AI implanted to ensure that he would be able to access the suit at almost any time (Via manipulation of others) and other such robotics. The belt itself is created via Orion's Mask(See Below) and is a simple buckle with a compartment to store the Mineral Canister. It has a small gauge attached to it. Mineral Canisters are small silver cans with clear cylindral windows. They have a glowing blue gel in them and a mass of rock in them. They have a red button on the top for activation and a selfdestruct option accessible via the AI. Upon activation the canister must be used in 30 minutes or the untested effects would be fatal.
Forms:
- Form Name:Star Form
Appearance:The head is a simple mold but has two golden, intercrossed rings(Orion's Mask) that meet dead-center of the eyes. The Prism Glass visors are shaped into two blue ovals that are tucked in under Orion's Mask. They have the power to see in any lighting conditions and grant a strange 270-Degree rang of vision. There are spiraling teal lines coming out of them that reach out and cross all over the helmet to meet up again. The base of it is silver with a few cobalt blue plates in the section between Orion's Mask, though the bottom section is turquoise. There are three more sections on each side, running between the lines stretching out of the visor. The two sections are semetrical. There are Starite Domes(Mineral Canister Energy Stations) embedded into the back of the head, chest, shoulders and knees though only a pearly saphire dome is visible, outlined in silver. There are platinum star-like shapes 'folded' around the area they are on. There are more spiraling teal lines throughout that pulsate with the energy with Starite Domes connecting to identical saphire domes located on the back of the hands, elbows, feet and hips. These are all marked by glowing lines that are placed above any other detailings and molded into bevelled(embossed?) sections with the exceptions of the stars. These run through the back of the neck, split into two between the shoulder blades and join with the arms which start at the hands, split into to, run underneath the arm, join at the elbow, become two again and join at the shoulder, split yet again and meet the head lines at the back and the chest at the front. Two more lines travel down to each knee before spliting into two and meeting at the ones on the boots. The rest of the armour has a black undersuit and silver armour.
Transformation:Jason crosses his arms(Ducking his head) with open, relaxed hands that glow at the crossing point before swiping them out and holding them in a two-fingered and thumbed position at the sides. The glow remains in front of his head before shining brighter. A star falls and joins the shining point, forming Orion's Mask. He then thrusts his left hand out in a three-fingered(Two and his thumb) claw, shouting 'Henshin!'. A Mineral Canister flies out of the sky, spinning and does a low dive near the ground before sliding into his hand. He throws it up, twirling it, before catching it and pressing the button. He slids it into his belt, sideways, and it collapes with a saphire dome on his belt and a teal mecury-like substance filling up a guage(Like G3) Platinum stars shoot out of the sky, stopping breifly behind (the glowing) Orion's Mask before attaching themselves to their point(Left Shouler, Right Knee, Left Knee, Right Shoulder). The last one stops in front of Orion's Mask before slowly descending to his chest. Then they all flatten themselves and fold in and the Starite Domes slowly rise out of the base. The lines shoot around and connect in a half-second act, forming the black undersuit as they do. The silver plating slides out of the lines and then the transformation is complete.
Weapons and Abilities:Starite Blade, a small combat knife infused with the energy of the Mineral Canisters. Black with a dark blue blade. Has a standard black handle with a green cap on the bottom with yellow highlights(lolzeronos). Other than that, physical limitations are bypassed with abilities improving over x8 and even allowing a slight gravity manipulation.
Finisher(s):Available only if the Mineral Canister has at least 60% of it's Minarogy(Mineral Energy, hard 'g') remaing. It is possible to add additional canisters at this point though. The user does a backflip that sends them 4 metres into the air at a 140 degree angle(Roughly, changes somewhat with user) Preforms a standard Rider Kick with all Starite Domes linking up to Jason's left leg. - Form Name:Meteor Form
Appearance:Orion's Mask's(Now Silver) rings shift in this form, moving constanty with each ring moving of it's own accord. The stars from Star Form are replaced by an unmoving silver replica of Orion's Mask (Or Belt, w/e. The belt is the IRL Fictional base) that surrounds a dull green orb embedded into the shoulder. The hands, knees and feet are the same only that the hands and feet has revolving, glowing(A buttery gold) rings. The chest has two golden rings in an x-formation embedded into the chest with a black armour plate underneath. There is a green orb encased in a spinning silver frame of a pyramid encased inside it. Other than that it is the same as Star Form, only with forest green armour plates and no lines. On the belt is the Meteor Magnum(Right Side) and a group of Mineral Canisters on the other. Also, the visor is a seperate piece that forms a green screen wherever the belt is, focused on whever the cross is.
Transformation:While in Star Form Jason thrusts out his hand and slowly moves it to the side. When parallell with his shoulder he snaps his fingers and a meteor descends behind him. The stars begin to slowly open up and he begins floating when the meteor lands and forms a crater where he was standing moments ago. He flicks his hands out to the side and his rings begin spinning where they do and his headpeice narrows before beginning their movement.
Weapons and Abilities:Weaponry:The Meteor Magnum, with it's several modes. They are all used via Mineral Canisters on the right side of the belt. Meteor Magnum, the intitial weapon, is a simple Dragon-like shotgun(Or Den-O Gun Form, but yeah) that fires singular blasts of carbon-infused rocks fired with a laser enchancer the improves both power(adds a energy aura) and accuracy. The machine is a high-tech black gun with green plates and some yellow highlighting. The canisters are inserted via a slot in the back. Shower Burst mode is a rapid-fire burst mode that fires smaller but faster bullets in rapid succession. The Mineral Canister is inserted and the insert section is flipped up over the handle(revolved to the side of the weapon, to the right) and snapped onto the barrels. After pressing the Activation Button with the AI's signal the Mineral Canister's contents are evenly spread over the weapon's now six barrels. Shooting Flare is activated by pulling out the handle, pulling it up and inserting the Mineral Canister. The handle is pushed in and a lot of the weapon's armour is shifted upwards for a bulkier barrel. The thin, clear peice remaining around the canister shouldn't be touched due to the immense heat around it. A pull of the trigger will fire a third of the canister's energy in a single flare that causes immense heat and emits a weak acid spray alongside gamma ray emmision. This emmision makes it a risky function to use unless you have the canister modified. Meteor Mine loads canisters straight into the barrel. All the armour is gathered into a block and the handle is folded up as well. The gun punches several rock disks with more acid and gamma ray emmision onto the ground. These are adhesive and serve for easy hits. Abilities: Meteor Form is untouchable due to a immense burst of gravity that repells things from the outside. The field is reversed as things already inside the field(Cosmos) are projected at insane speeds from inside-out, but outside-in materials are thrown. The outside coating can seem solid at some times. This form also grants near 360 vision and extreme focuing, up to x3 times magnification.
Finisher(s):Advanced Super Ten Energy Redirection Overload Intergalactical Destroyer Blast, other than having an overly long, weird name the A.S.T.E.R.O.I.D. Blast system is an extension of the Meteor Magnum. A Mineral Canister is loaded and a sleek metal barrel extension, stand and shoulder brace snaps out of a portal. A second Mineral Canister is inserted, followed by more if needed. A giant blue laser shoots out and locks onto the enemy. That slowly damages them before all the rock is shot out and freezes their joints. The trigger is slid through the handle and a large mass of the rock falls down out of another portal and molds around them before the laser, usually ineffective against the rock, shatters the Kaijin. - Form Name:Supernova Form
Appearance:Same as Star Form, only that the platinum stars have become 3-D(Well, more 3D) and there are red Mineral Canisters 80% exposed coming out of the stars and are shining at about a 120 watt lightbulb. The gloves now have bulkier armour, the star spins and there is a blade coming out of the cuffs. The feet have bulkier armour as well with the star spinning. The silver has been replaced with a dark violet and the eyes are now a vibrant red. Also, the lines are now a hot pink. I mean magenta.
Transformation:After making claws with his hands and crossing them and then flicking them Jason swipes at his head with each hand in the line of Orion's Mask before holding them out to the side with is hands still clawed (Sometimes shouting 'Henshin' at this moment). His eyes flash red before red stars grow out of his Starite Dome locations. They solidify and turn into the stars with the Mineral Canisters rising out of them. They all spin and the lines and undersuit form then. This form's belt forms then, a small stand with a red mineral canister embedded into it. This form occurs when the user is in a bad emotional state and the AI takes over.
Weapons and Abilities:Star Form's powers have increased tenfold, meaning roughly x96 the physical capabilities of a COSMOS member. This form also has the power to defy gravity to an extent for it cannot effect others and can only fly around as if in a zero-gravity atmosphere. The downside to this form is that it drains extremely quickly, at about the rate of 7& of energy used in a minute(That means it only lasts for a very little bit over 14 minutes) and the physical strain is immense. And there's also the risk of the belt destroying itself and acting as a nuclear bomb. Due to the crazy enchancement of physical capabilities, the user's brain may overload and either die or become comatose.
Finisher(s):The remainder of the canister's energy is used in an all-out attack. It sucks in everything around the user and the user's capabilities are increased by five times. After the energy is used up wtih only 1.7% remaining, the armour bursts in a projectile attack. After this, most users have died.

- C.O.S.M.O.S. Sattelite - Everything from a GPS to an orbital laser
- Trekker - His personal motorcycle, a black Kawasaki ZX-10R Custom with a green tinted windcreen (With an inbuilt HUD), smoother rims and a slightly more compact design. Has mostly chrome and gunmetal external parts and features yellow lights alongside long, jagged green lines throughout the cover with yellow lines running through. (lolzeronoscolours...yetagain)
- Starliner - A custom Glock with Zeronos Colours. Can't be stuffed going through it all again xD
- Aldous - It is an acronym which I'll think up later. A mix between a Windows 7 Phone, A DSi and an iPhone/Pad.
Inside Stuff
Personality:Jason is a cheery person who charges into things, only stopping to think when he's on the last step. He's willing to help people out and goes at length to see them through. He's overly trusting of people which can often end up getting him in a life-or-death situation. He's somewhat childish in his behaviour and has a short temper.
He can be rather deep at times, but that's rarer than him eating tomatoes. He has a joking manner to invert this, so at some times it seems like it's just a joke.
Strengths:
- Social Skills - He's not exactly smooth but he can infiltrate a crowd or group easily enough.
- Physical Capabilities - Speed, Strength, Vision, Hearing are all enchanced slightly and he knows how to fight.
- Disguises - He can play out another character easily and is very perceptive.
Weaknesses:
- Brainpower - He's not exactly bright, but...
- Attention Span - He's really, really easy to distract.
- Hesitancy - He hesitates before doing almost anything.
History:He grew up with a rather normal life, getting almost decent grades and mucking around with friends. He was normal and was just the average student. By the time he entered High School (College in the USA?) he had become the leader of a large group. He was fit, had a great sense of humour and was loyal as a dog. His groups often merged with the other larger ones and the group would be magnetic, attracting others who strung along as they walked. He was the average popular kid with nothing against him. New York had been his home for most of his life.
When his family moved he left his friends and girlfriend behind as he moved to Chicago. Seventeen at the time, he coped well but was irritable and got in trouble quite often. He became rather rowdy but attracted a new group in his new school and began to settle. While having a row with one of his friends as they left their school he was charged with assault. His group slowly shrunk and his former friend left the school. Slowly he returned to normal and lost traces of violence.
His life changed completely when he was Eighteen. He had a few weeks to go until he graduated and while in a friendly arguement with one of his female friends he got in another fight. He broke another boy's arm and nose, dislocated his kneecap and gave him a concussion. As he turned to run the group began to scatter, pushing him aside as they went.
That day, he was hit by a car.
He died.
He was a miracle of science, in a way. A mix of Orphenoch and Necro-Overs. They gave him transplants and equipped him with the COSMOS. That took a four years with research done and him being put into incubation. Eventually he was released at the age of twenty-two. He lived on for another three years without incident until he was attacked by a Fangire. He shattered it without transformation and severely damaged himself.
By then the COSMOS the completed and he was equipped with the new gear. He had a new job to protect the world from those threats and was given funding for travelling and living costs.
From them on, he travelled the world in search for a break from the countless fighting.
Anything Else:Just thought I'd add this. His mental age is that of about 16 and 18, mixing those two major ages. Also, he can speak a bunch of languages. I'm tired as heck, so sorry for being vague.
Sample RP:Jason gave a hearty laugh as the joke passed around the bar. He was staying in England for a moment, and when he could understand what the heck they were saying, he liked the 'blokes' there. He wasn't drinking much and the owner was eyeing him, but he didn't mind.
"And so I was just talking to this bird when this bloke came up and was all like 'Oi, step away or I'll do your face in!'" A rather fat dirty blonde said rather loudly. "And so I'm just like, 'I was just asking for directions, but she won't say!'" He chuckled drunkenly. "And she's just like 'Do you know how to get-' and I'm just like 'Up... He-'" The man broke into a fit of hysterics and fell off his stool as the others engaged in another conversation.
Laughing to himself, he placed a tip on the counter and walked off. He glanced up towards the sky. The light pollution still clouded the stars... He glanced at Aldous before swinging his leg over his bike. Revving it, he took off and decided to look for the 'nest' of Orphenoch reported. Aldous flashed a red light and he carefully opened it.
There was one nearby. A person stepped out onto the road and Aldous get out a soft siren. Accelerating, Jason smashed into the person. Their image hazed before changing into that of a large grey humanoid monster.
He jumped off his bike and ducked as it swiped at him. He swung his arms out and kicked the Orphenoch aside with blazing speed as the star lit up the street. He felt Orion's Mask form as he shouted.
"Henshin!" He caught the Canister and slid it in and soon he was trashing the poor monster. He unleased a barrage of punches as he swooped down and slid past it, kicking him from behind. He spun around and charged in unison with it, pulling out his knife and plunging it into it. It sunk into it and a blue glow lit up and Cosmos stepped back.
He initiated his finisher, flippin' and kickin' and flew through the monster as it died.
Again.
Dusting his hands Jason slid out his empty canister, watching it turn to to a white dust before returning to his bike.
He flashed the headlights and drove on to his hotel.
