He shot down a tree.

The tree collapsed towards Bridge who fired up it shattering it into splintered pieces of wood. More of the quick moving aliens were dashing towards them. Bridge backed up next to Cliff.
"We need to cut them down, and we need to do it fast!" He shouted.
