Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Decade
Henshin Device/Sequence: Decadriver - Tsukasa holds the Decadriver where his belt buckle would normally be and allows the belt to form around his waist, locking it into place. The Ride Booker appears on his left hip as it does so, allowing him to grab the cards. Tsukasa quickly opens the Decadrivers card slot and pulls the DECADE card from his side. He holds the card out, the picture of Decade facing out. He quickly flips the card around as he speaks "Henshin!" He slides the card into the slot and closes the driver quickly starting the henshin sequence.
Forms:
- Form Name: Standard Form
Appearance: Decade's standard form appears as an armored body suit. The outter edge of the armor is Magenta, the center core is black with white armor lining the inner legs and inner arms. There is a white and black line of armor going diagonally from his left shoulder across to his right side as well as vertically from his shoulder to his left pectoral area. A pink and black armored line appears on his right shoulder but ends there. On his arms the magenta armor ends at his elbows where black armor takes its place. The Helmet is a mix of Magenta and black, 9 black armored lines moving from left to right in varying sizes as well as a yellow signal light. The eyes of the helmet are an emerald green.
Transformation: Henshin! After putting on the Decadriver, and opening it, Tsukasa removes the DECADE card from the Ride Booker. He holds the card out in front of him before spinning it around and saying "Henshin!" He then places the card into the decadriver and closes it causing the transparent forms of the 9 other riders to appear and collapse in on him forming his armor. 9 "cards" appear and fit onto the helmet before the color appears and completes the transformation.

- Form Name: Complete Form
Appearance: In this form Decades armor changes completely. This form is known as the "King of the Rider Worlds" and as such almost looks the part. For the most part the armor remains the same from the mid-chest area down, arms included, but all the magenta and white areas swap to silver. The upper chest however gets a major make over. There are now two magenta and black armored lines coming from back to front however when they reach the upper pectoral region they spit to form a box around the chest, reforming at the lower pectoral region where they stop. In that box are 9 Rider cards in the order from right to left: Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade. (When the respective rider is summoned all cards flip to that Sole rider.) The helmet also gains a huge upgrade and color swap. Instead of 9 lines there are now 7. They are all silver save for the 2nd and 6th line which are both longer than the others and Magenta. Between those two, above the now green signal light, is the Final Kamen Ride Decade card. The main colors on the helmet are silver and black but the eyes are now Magenta as well.
Transformation: Henshin! Decade places the Final Kamen Ride card into the K-Touch device. He then pressed each Rider's icon in order as such. "Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva." Upon pressing the Kiva Icon Decade then hits the F-button to initialize the Final Kamen Ride Decade! Upon completion of the transformation the card reader of the Decadriver is moved to Decades right hip while the K-Touch is put in it's place.

Other Equipment:
- Ride Booker - A multi-purpose device that Decade uses as his primary weapon. It has 3 modes, Book mode (default), Sword Mode and Blaster Mode. - Machine Decader - Decade's personal Honda DN-01 motorcycle. Like Decade himself, the Decader can assume the form of the respective Rider's motorcycle.
Inside Stuff
Personality: Tsukasa is an interesting individual to say the least. Initially, one would get the impression that he’s an irritating, hypocritical, cavalier, and a bit self-righteous, and well, that’d be correct, to a point. He tends to press forward regardless of the situation, most cases seeming to have a certain ‘I'm better than you’ attitude about it all. He seems cold when it comes to others, and like someone that would be terrribly ignorant about things (despite the fact that he’s very talented when it comes to everything). Of course, this is pretty much just the impression anyone gets from watching him for a little while. He’s uncaring, rude, and mostly kind of a bad person.
There are, however, some redeeming factors underneath the surface, if only a few. Tsukasa has motivations to do good, but he also has an overwhelming sense of pride and, contrastingly, a need to push others away from himself. He wants to be admired from a distance and left alone. He goes along with his gut feeling most of the time, especially when it comes to impressions of a person’s own goodwill, and he’s uncomfortable with the idea of others being too close to him for fear they’ll see the flaws beneath the surface so he keeps up a plethora of faces to keep them away.
He does manage to get through to others once they see that the attitude is really just how he gets his feelings across. He wants others to succeed on their own because he feels that they won’t understand if he tells them out right. Confident in his abilities, Tsukasa does actually end up helping a lot of people; they just don’t really typically understand it as help until after everything’s already done. Of course, he himself is horrible at expressing his feelings that stretch towards his core. He likes appearing mysterious or something like that. His feelings will only be expressed directly if they really need to, otherwise one must deal with whatever he decides to show.
Despite the fact that he seems to act without a lot of thought in mind as to what he’s doing, the man is actually fairly deep in thought most of the time. There’s a certain separation from him and the worlds, in that he feels he can’t be involved in order to size up the situation correctly. He distances himself intentionally, despite the fact he is a very kind and caring individual, even if it is in an indirect manner. When it comes to himself, though, he really doesn’t have much of an opinion. He’s confident in himself, but, he also dislikes himself. He feels others would be better off without him, even if they depend on him. It’s not that he’s secretly wants to disappear, but more that he’s upset about his past actions and is trying to make himself a better person.
As far as his personal relationships with his closest friends, they’ll never really hear about how much he cares about them, but he does. Tsukasa tends to show it with backhanded compliment and friendly insults. If he cares enough about a person to make them stay around him, then it’s pretty much golden. He also has his odd moments of respect for certain individuals if he can somehow vaguely identify with them, or if he can see one of his close friends identifying with that person. He can’t understand other people, but using what little knowledge he has from others helps.
All in all, he’s not a terrible person. He’s just bad with other people. He wants to find a home and somewhere he belongs and that’s really all his grand aspirations end up being.
Strengths:
- His friends
- Strong fighter
- Quick thinker
- Stays true to himself and his beliefs
- Great Cook
Weaknesses:
- Overly sarcastic

History: The beginning of his life is still a bit blurry for Tsukasa but for the most part he remembers his childhood being one of constant running. As he was growing up he heard stories of the "evil" Kamen Riders that would rampage through his world but his parents always told him they were lies. Because of that they were marked as traitors and had to live on the run. It was during his childhood that Tsukasa came across another boy his age named Kaito Daiki, little did he know that the two of them would share a common future.
When he reached the age of 18 Tsukasa and Daiki came across a group of rebels who had decided to fight the man known as Fourteen. They quickly decided to join up and after being tested were found to be perfect matches for the newest weapons against Fourteen. The two were brought into a secret underground room and shown two devices that would be used to fight Fourteen. The first, given to Tsukasa, was the Deca Driver and along with that the Ride Booker. The second device, the Diend Driver, was given to Daiki. It was then explained to them that the duo would become Kamen Riders Decade and DiEnd.
They were told about the other Rider Worlds and how the team of scientists had come up with a way to harness the powers of the other riders and put them into card form to allow Decade to change into them and DiEnd to summon them. The explanation was cut short however due to an attack by Fourteens forces. The two friends decided to make a stand and transformed for the first time and managed to fight off the attack. However they also put themselves at the top of the Most Wanted list by taking on the burden of being Kamen Riders.
Over the course of the next 4 years the two of them went off in different directions. They decided that it would be best to stay in different areas so as to cause Fourteen more problems in more than one place. This also meant that they were more prone to being ganged up on. This is what happened to Tsukasa on the fateful day where he lost his memory... During an attack on a small outpost of Fourteens Tsukasa ran into an ambush and was injured badly. He managed to escape and during the process fell through one of the world portals. He landed in a world where there were no riders but there was a girl named Natsumi.
While she was walking home one evening she found the now unconcious Tsukasa, driver and booker missing, and quickly called her grandfather to help her bring him back to their home. Over the next few days Natsumi nursed Tsukasa back to health but to her surprise the only thing he could remember was his name and that was it. Natsumi and her grandfather then decided that he would live with them until he was able to get his memory back and they would allow him to work as a photographer as well.
The next 3 years went on without any change in Tsukasa's memory but the friendship between Natsumi and Tsukasa grew... Until then unthinkable happened. One day while Natsumi was scolding Tsukasa for taking horrible pictures again the world began to fall apart as creatures began attacking. The two of them were seperated and an agent of Fourteen decided to use Tsukasa's memory loss against him. He began to inform Tsukasa that he was Kamen Rider Decade that that in order to save his world he would have to go to each of the 9 rider worlds and kill the riders there.
Tsukasa didn't fully trust or believe the man but he figured that going to the 9 worlds would at least give him some idea of who he was at least. He then was returned to the world under attack and saw that Natsumi had found the Deca Driver and Ride Booker. He quickly had her give them to him and he once again became Decade. After some running and fighting the two made it back to the studio and began their long journey through the nine worlds. Their first stop was in the world of Kuuga where they made a new friend in Onodera Yusuke after helping him fight to save his world.
This trend continues through the next 8 worlds: Kiva, Ryuki, Blade, Faiz, Agito, Den-O, Kabuto and Hibiki. However when the group arrives in the world of Blade they run into a man who happens to know Tsukasa.... The man is none other than Kaito Daiki... Kaito, while under the guise of a "sneak-thief", he follows the group in hopes of helping Tsukasa get his memory back. While this is a difficult task he feels it is necessary in order to finally beat Fourteen. After visiting the 9 rider worlds and helping, not killing, each of the riders and regaining their powers in his cards he finally figures out that in truth his purpose was helping them.
After figuring this out the group end up in the World of Negatives. Here humans are hunted and the Riders are just as evil as the stories Tsukasa had once been told as a child. However this world welcomed Tsukasa as those who ruled it hoped to stop his journey and keep his memory loss permanent. During their stay in this world an alternate version of Natsumi was found and she had a secret treasure that was to be given to Tsukasa were he to arrive. After running and fighting their way through the world they finally found the K-Touch which gave Tsukasa the power to transform into his "Complete" form and use the Ultimate form of all his rider cards.
This last leg of their journey finally led the group, and the two former friends, back to their world... The world of Decade and DiEnd... The world of the "Rider Wars"... When the group arrived the world was in turmoil as the other riders had found out about it and found out that it was Fourteen who had attempted to destroy them all. When Tsukasa arrived his memory came flooding back to his mind and he suddenly remembered who he was and who Daiki was. The two friends now reunited left Natsumi and her grandfather at the studio and took Yusuke with them to finally finish Fourteen.
It took all of them to do it but in the end the Riders were victorious and the worlds were returned to their rightful order. Tsukasa and company returned to the world where Natsumi belonged and after much discussion decided that it was where they would stay. They also decided that should it continue they would all continue the journey together and to this day that is how it has stayed.
Anything Else: Whatever you do... Don't ask him to take your picture...
Sample RP:
The screams could he heard from blocks away but for Tsukasa they sounded as if they were right next to him. Flocks of people were running away from the sounds of violence but for all those running away from it... Tsukasa was running towards it. He finally broke through the crowds and saw what was happening. A group of monsters had broken through the worlds and landed here once again. To Tsukasa this meant only one thing.... Decade was needed again and his journey would begin anew. He quickly looked around at the bodies and felt the anger rising up within him as he did so. In his mind he looked at the four creatures and quickly noted which they were.
"Fangire... Orphenoch... Worm.... Imagin.... This should be easy enough...." With that Tsukasa walked up casually and snapped his fingers to get their attention. The four stopped at the sound and turned to face Tsukasa. They were all a bit confused but the Fangire stepped up and laughed. "Heh, what do you want boy... Come to die like the rest?" Tsukasa sighed as he held up the Deca Driver and smirked. "No... I've come to stop you" With that he placed the belt at his waist and it quickly locked into place. With that the ever popular question was raised to him by the Fangire. "Kisama, nani mono da?"
Tsukasa smirked as he pulled out the Decade henshin card and held it out. "Tōrisugari no Kamen Raidā da... Oboeteoke! Henshin!" With that Tsukasa flipped the card and quickly placed it into the driver, "KAMEN RIDE!", and quickly closed it to complete the sequence, "DECADE!" The armor quickly formed over Tsukasa and in a mere moment he was transformed into Kamen Rider Decade. He dusted off his hands and pointed at the Fangire. "Since you were the first to open your mouth you'll be the first to go." As he said this he quickly removed the Kiva card from the Ride Booker and opened the Driver once more.
He quickly flicked the card into the slot and spoke once more. "Henshin...."... "KAMEN RIDE" He closed the driver quickly and dropped into an interesting pose but one the fangire knew all to well and this was only enhanced when Tsukasa changed armor "KIVA!" Suddenly Tsukasa was in the form of Kamen Rider Kiva and even though they couldn't see it he was smirking at the reaction of the Fangire. The creature didn't have much time to react before Tsukasa quickly began beating him with his fists. The beast tried to fight back but before he could Tsukasa did him in. "Final Attack Ride.... KIVA!" With that one car he ended the Fangire with the signature kick of Kiva and reverted back to his Decade armor.
"Now.... Who's next..." He turned to see the three remaining creatures looking at one another but that didn't last long. The fight continued for another several minutes but after using his Faiz, Den-O and Kabuto cards they were quickly dispatched. No sooner had this happened then Natsumi showed up just in time to see Tsukasa de-henshin. He turned to her and sighed as she ran up to him. "Get Yusuke and Kaito.... Looks like the journeys starting again..."
