Rider Stuff
Name: Liberty
Henshin Device/Sequence: Kamen Rider Liberty (aka Project Liberty) does not have a transformation sequence like most Riders. Project liberty was developed by the UN after the Kabuto's appearance in Paris (Season finale of KR Kabuto). Unfortunately a level of technology that equals the Henshin was never developed but a 'armor suitcase' was created to permit portable capability. The suit has two hard points on the shoulders that are used to attach Liberty's different weaponry.
Forms:
- Form Name: Liberty (KR form)
Appearance: Similar to that of the G-4 system developed by the Japanese government after the Akatsuki-Gou incident. The Liberty appearance varies in appearance from the G-4 :The helmet itself is void of any features except two red rectangles where the eyes should be. The rest of the head is polished to a shine of blue steel. The armor itself was made up small steel plates molded to create the look of muscles. On the each shoulders are 'hard points' that look like giant computer jacks. The lower half part of the body is similar the upper except smaller hard points are located on the hips.

Weapons and Abilities: See Dark S-7 Handguns. The suit itself contains a tactical display and satellite controlled internet access. The cybernetic systems of the grant the operator super reflexes and outstanding awareness of the environment around him. - Form Name: G-54 Rocket laucher
Appearance: A round steel blue seven barreled rocket launcher that attaches to one of the hard points on his shoulders.
Transformation: The G-54 is apart of the Harlock (see the Harlock form) and is removed when needed.
Weapons and Abilities:The barrel end of the launcher has a grip that lowers into the user hands permitting him to aim. The suits interior system lets the rider aim and lock. It contains seven rockets per use.
Finisher(s): The launcher can fire up to seven rockets at one time. - Form Name: Ninjato handle blades
Appearance: Two Japanese short swords with black handles that are in the shape of motorcycle handlebars.
Transformation: Both blades are removed from their sheaths inside the cycle.
Weapons and Abilities: The blades are made up of a diamond steel polymer. They're virtually indestructible.
Finisher(s): Technique 42 - more a combat style than a move. The suit has a built system that automatically blocks all attacks (even standard ballistic weapons). The user can not attack until the technique is deactivated. - Form Name: Dark S-7 Hand Guns
Appearance: Two identical automatic hand guns. Both are steel blue.
Transformation: These are the only weapons the Rider carries on his person on two unique hard points located on his hips.
Weapons and Abilities: High caliber rounds can be fire on a single shot setting or a full auto setting. - Form Name:Harlock Cycle
Appearance: A blue steel cycle based on the Ferrari V4 motorcycle (www.examiner.com/images/blog/wysiwyg/image/Ferrari-V4-Motorcycle-2.jpg). When the suit has incorporated the Harlock into the G-4 the rider's armor becomes bulkier and highly resistant.
Transformation: The bike can transform to supplement the suits armor (->
Weapons and Abilities: The Harlock's engine detaches to form the G-54 and the handlebars form the swords. When the Harlock attaches to the suit the weaponry (G-54 and handlebars) are set into place and can be accessed via the suits interior systems. The G-54 is set on top of the suit's right shoulder and the swords are retractable from with the wrist's armor.
The Harlock also has a built homing system that sends the cycle on autopilot to the suit's operator from up two 200 miles.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Kevin has a fun loving personality when he's off duty and enjoys racing cars and playing poker. He also is a bit of a ladies man and enjoys showing off when he can.
When he is on duty or wearing the Liberty armor he takes his missions very seriously.

History:
Kevin Williams was born in Lehighton Pennsylvania and was raised by his Army father when his mother died in child birth. He was always the coolest guy in school and as well as being captain of the football team he was class valedictorian. He was as all American alumni and would have had a promising future in the NFL if hadn't decided to join the military like his father.
In early training he showed promise in solo missions. After 3 tours he was recruited by Omega Company, a dark black ops unit that officially didn't exist. The unit itself worked for the United Nations and primary objective was to protect the Earth for 'Outside Enemies'.
Omega Company's motto was 'Army of One'. Each member was trained to work alone without contact from superiors. Simple and clear mission assignments were given and each member would complete them, any way possible.
England was being pegged a 'Red Zone' after the undead began to rise. Kevin was issued the prototype armored suit. Nicknamed 'Project Liberty' Kevin was implanted in London and given the standing orders 'Find source of ghouls and eliminate.
He is not on his own depending on no one else but himself.
Anything Else: Kevin carries his father's Louisville slugger in his trunk in case he needs to deal with more 'civilian' matters. He also has his favorite gun (Magnum) under the seat of his car.
Sample RP:
Kevin opened the door to the pub. He let the door shut behind while he was still in the doorway, making sure all eyes turned to him. Made sure the lights from the outside street lamps made shadows across his body.
All right, time to get my freak on!
He settle down at the bar backwards so he face the room. His biker jacket open to reveal the Union Jack t-shirt that you sell to tourist.
He turned his head to the barman.
"I'll have a Bud, if you carry them."
After he brought him his drink Kevin turned back to the room and scoped out the patrons. There wasn't many people, only three. The bartender, an old man nursing a large glass of beer and nice looking blond sipping a margarita. The choice was obvious!
Ten minutes later he was sitting at the same table as the blond doing some real chatting. One hour later he was walking out of the bar with the girl hanging off his arm. They we're half back to his apartment when she pulled him into the only dark alley on that street and had he lips all over him.
It was about this point it got....weird.
She smiled as fangs slid out replaced all the ones she he had before.
This went well.
From under his jacket three shots echoed around the alley as the blasts from the magnum blew her back. There was very little blood but it took her off him.
"You piece meat! Did you really think that would kill me!" her body morphed as she became bulging creature made up of black veins with bat wings from the back of her fanged skull.
Kevin kicked the garbage can next to him and pulled a metal suitcase out and quickly set on the ground in front of him. He stepped on to it and pulled two handles of the side as he bent down.
"I guessed that. But this may do the trick."
He pulled both handles up in a quick motion setting the mechanism into motion. The Liberty armor deployed itself across his body to form his Kamen Rider form. He pulled the two automatic pistols and pointed them at the vampire.
"Now this. This is gonna hurt."
