"I'm the first female Knight, so I doubt I could help you much. But ask away, Mr..." Rose said, not knowing his name.

"Abe, Retsu," he answered, "First female or not, I have no idea about anything, really. The Priest who trained me didn't say much, overall. I just want to know the basics of what's going on."

"Let's roll then" William said as he prepared for another all-nighter, hopefully tomorrow won't be as taxing though he remembered that he needed to go to some Duke's house or something for a party, God I sometimes hate this William thought to himself.

"Very well, Retsu. We're Makai Knights, our enemies are the Horrors that manifest from the Yin, or dark side, of every person. Typically we have a Madougu, or an advisor...like this." Rose said, reaching down to her chest to hold up Silva briefly. "Other than that...if the Priest wasn't that helpful, I might take you to see mine...and you apparently have the armor down pat." Rose commented.

"I don't have anything like your necklace," he commented, his spear folding. He slipped it into his suit jacket, as he wore that instead of a longcoat or the leather armor, "I think I would like to meet this priest of yours."

"Come then, let's go see her." Rose said, flourishing her jacket as she started walking back to where she had seen Rekka last..

"Yeah, ok," he said, following, kind of wishing he had a Makai Knight coat. He felt out of place, not that he minded, but he wanted to at least look the part, instead of having nothing more than the lighter, the spear and the armor.

"ZERO, Rekka's fighting another Horror!"[/color] Silva exclaimed as they walked...and Rose's eyes widened before she turned slightly. "Come on." she said to Retsu, taking off into a run towards where she felt the disturbance coming from.

Retsu stayed just behind her, considering she needed to lead, and his moving at her side might impede her, or he could move ahead on accident. He drew his spear on his newfound instinct.

Rekka cartwheeled backward, dodging two strikes, and then did a full split to dodge another, coming up out of the split to kick the Horror back.
"Rekka!" Rose called out, jumping forward with a speed and grace some would envy as she drew her swords, and the two women proceeded to pound the Horror with kicks, punches and slashes, showing off a bit of how they were a tag-team.

Retsu slowed and stopped, watching. He felt like he wasn't needed, or wanted. To intervene, at least. He had his spear in hand none the less, ready to intervene if he was needed, but they looked to have it handled.

The Horror wasn't dead yet, as both Rose and Rekka grabbed each arm, then the former called out to Retsu. "Hey, new guy! Catch!" she said, both of them tossing the Horror directly at Retsu. If he did the right thing, he'd spear the Horror through and defeat it. But Rose had her swords crossed, ready to change forms if needed.

He span his lighter into hand to set the spear ablaze. He span it overhead and then cut down from an angle instead of stabbing; still used to slashing over thrusting.

Rose smirked. "Good job." "Though you were supposed to stab with it." Rekka noted, as the two ladies walked over to him.
