Description:6’4” Athletic 2 time p90x(workout program on watchable disks led by Tony Horton) grad. He was lanky and skinny with a bit of a gut. After p90x he has an 8 pack, plenty of muscle, and far less body fat. He can also run and jump like never before as well as do tons of pushups, situps, pullups, lunges, and squats. It also added to his martial arts skills some as well as his flexibility with yoga and stretching. He also did 3 mile runs at the same time to increase his runs time and endurance. He has fair skin. Faint freckles only appearing when under plenty of sun for some time. Size 15 shoe.

Forms:
- Form Name:Masked form New Caucasus.
Appearance:An armored up version of the Kamen Rider Caucasus' form with increased armor and the three pronged visor pulled down under the armor under it's hinge. Added steel grey round with spikes shoulder armor. Increased angled chest plate. Layered plates on the legs and arms. Added armor around helmet. Some armor prongs up to form three tips on the forehead of the helmet.
Transformation:Reaches into the air and grabs the Zecter. Says "Henshin" and slides the bug shaped zecter onto the front of the zecter belt.
Weapons and Abilities: Basic martial arts.
Finisher(s):None. - Form Name:Rider form New Caucasus(battle damaged from the God Speed Love dimension)

Transformation::Pulling the top two two horns back until the charge ends, then shoving them forward saying "Cast off."Extra armor of Masked form flies off. Three pronged cover of the visor rises up and slides onto front of helmet. -initially(when first being chosen by the zecter) simply taking the zecter and forcibly sliding it into place on the belt.
Weapons and Abilities:Clock up-tapping the right waist pad on the side of the belt and saying 'clock up' allows him to move at speeds where everything, even rain drops to appear to be standing still, frozen in time. Basic martial arts.
Finisher(s):Rider Kick, after pressing the three buttons on the feet of the zecter beetle and saying 'rider kick' the zecter releases energy charging the suit to release the energy in the form of a powerful kick. Rider Punch- after pressing all three buttons and also saying 'rider punch' the zecter releases energy into the suit to be used to punch a very powerful punch. - Form Name:Hyper New Caucasus
Appearance:Caucasus's normal form with augmented armor and wings.
Transformation::(If he ever gets the hyper zecter) By sticking his hand in the air, the hyper zecter drops down and he grabs it and places it on the left side of the belt. The suit augments it's form adding length to extensions of the armor and extra torso, shoulder, and leg, armor but not so much as to hinder like in masked form.
Weapons and Abilities:Hyper cast off- after transforming into hyper form, he can click down the horn of the hyper zecter and the armor alters adding more wings and unlocking the suits ability to use it's full power. Hyper clock up-allows the wearer of the suit to move so fast that objects in normal clock up appear to be sitting still. It has various levels of speed even to a degree of being able to travel through time. Flight-the wings and jetpack allow for basic flight for hyper kicks and such. Basic martial arts.
Finisher(s):Hyper Kick and Hyper Punch- the same as their rider forms except significantly stronger due to adding the strength of the hyper zecter to the attacks. He simply has to click the horn on the hyper zecter down and punch or kick when the charge is at maximum.
Other Equipment:
- Pistol/axe/dagger combo weapon designed from Kabuto's model exclusively.
Inside Stuff
Personality:He loves cinematics. They are his passion. He fights to fulfill this passion and justifies it with his faith and the justice system. He enjoys people and finding a good clean time. He loves to be good though more because he loves to be different though he would rather it be because of his faith not his personality type.
This love of cinematics can provide some negatives as well. He isn't always himself, but many a times puts up a front as a character he is currently enjoying. This can be fun if he leverages it right, but many a times he does not and if the people he is around aren't liking it or don't know him, it can be annoying.
He can also get swept up in the emotions of his latest cinematic experience and not actually realize how anther person is feeling. This can be bad when someone is trying to talk to him about something important and he is tying it to a scene or a moment or a feeling and it hinders his ability to help a person with their feelings or he simply doesn't look like he is listening and sharing their pain.
When he sees someone in trouble in the normal parts of life i.e. finances, health, etc, he tends to be as some would put it 'heartless' because in his ROTC past combined with his upbringing, his view many a times is 'you are probably failing because you are not doing it right'. He would often be scolded when young and of course yelled at in the military training when he did not meet the standard. He took such views without knowing it and now instead of encouraging others to do better, he has to suppress a scoff as he asks them why they didn't to the job right in the first place because if they did, they would not be in their position right now. To them, their story may be a heart wrenching tale of agony, but to him, it is them bellyaching because of THS, Tiny Heart Syndrome, and lack of wisdom that is in his opinion 'self evident'.
In other words, sometimes he forgets that not everyone knows what he knows so when he informs them it tends to come across as 'why didn't you know this? I do! It's simple' and people can feel bad because of this.
This also tends to stem from being made fun of as a child. He has little mercy for the weak that have evidence in their lives that they chose to be weak. In vowing to not become a bully, he has unfortunately taken on some of their traits.
This being made fun in the past also causes him to not be able to take anyone making fun of him without directly responding in a possibly too serious manner with a comeback. Call it pride, but many a time he will take prodding personally and not hold it against the person at all, but certainly also not let them have the last word. Sometimes people notice and say 'i'm just joking haha' and Neil will respond exactly though he didn't absolutelysound it before.
Strengths:

Weaknesses:
- Not being frustrated and showing it at and with the people who caused it because they won't motivate themselves to do better and believe in better (better job/life/fitness/knowledge/success/etc)but still have the arrogance to complain about it.
- Hiding his true intentions and feelings.
- Punctuality.
History:Growing up in America, he went to school and lived a fairly normal life.
He was raised by Christian parents and became one himself.
He was raised well and though many thought him very different, because he was in may ways, rare personality type, good, polite upbringing, and growing up with movies and tv since he lived in a bad neighborhood and could not play with the other kids on the street because of that, he was very different, but a nice guy and great friend you could trust.
He loved cinematic things and always did.
In college he thought he wanted to join the army, then the U.S marshals, then the FBI and SECRET SERVICE. In the end, after criminal justice classes and 4 years of ROTC he decided he did not want to do any of those things.
He in fact wanted to do what he saw on tv that inspired him to think all those things.
He wanted to act.
After college he auditioned for nearly everything that was within his bounds of morality. He got no parts because of his limits on what he would do in acting when it came to kissing and portraying moraless characters.
In the end, he decided to move to japan. Maybe he could get a part there on one of their tv shows. He sold all he had, took his savings, and moved to japan and using Rosetta stone, learned Japanese, which he is always getting better at.
Upon arriving in Japan, he began trying to find work, and auditions.
But one day whilst walking to an audition, he came upon someone getting mugged.
He stepped into the mugging, and being in great shape and learning basic martial arts from his action movies and a few classes, Neil rushes to the man's aid and fights the three off, eventually sending them running.
The man however had been stabbed in the gut. Neil tries to help the man but with the man's dying breath he takes a metalic belt off he had on under his shirt and places it in Neils hands.
“Use it well.” He says just before he dies.
Neil takes out his phone and runs for the end of the alley, yelling for help, and talking to the police, but when he turns around, the man is gone.
Neil hangs up the phone with the police asking on the other end what went wrong.
The man is nowhere to be found.
Neil takes the belt with him and keeps walking, with a strange look on his face as he wonders what happened.
This Caucasus zecter is from God Speed Love. After Hyper Kabuto threw Caucasus into the ship, the explosion killed him and sent the Caucasus zecter flying into the asteroid. When hyper Kabuto dragged the asteroid into the past, the zecter fell from the asteroid into the dimensional rift and fell through time and space until falling out and into orbit in this new dimension where it stayed until its orbit decayed and it finally fell to the earth in this new time and different dimension.
And now, needing a new person to fight the worm, it chose Neil, seeing his selfless sacrifice, and his fight with three men (working for the native though Neil didn't know it.).
Anything Else:
Neil has yet to call the zecter, but he shall soon.
Sample RP:Neil strides down the empty street, head down. It's dark and late at night, and his most recent audition didn't go well at all.
"Speck." He mumbles to himself as he kicks a tin can.
The can rolls to a stop and its noise ends melding with the thunder that rumbles in the distance.
Neil looks up. Thunder clouds roll in the dark sky, covering the full moon.
Neil pulls his collar up on his black jacket to keep the soon to come rain from sliding down his neck.
Deep in his sulk, he doesn't yet notice the young Japanese woman that had set her cat out watching him with a sympathetic(and attracted) smile.
That same woman who is suddenly grabbed by a man, his hand over her mouth, and dragged into the alleyway nearby.
The cat hisses and the woman struggles.
Neil looks up at the cat still in the street blandly, then looks away.
Then the girl manages a slight scream.
Girl:"AH-"
Neil jerks his head up. He sees the silhouettes of the two struggling in the dark. He sprints forward, setting his mind in action. He had never actually been in a real fight before...and he hoped the man didn't have a weapon....but this was his moment....and he could save someone in the process. Two birds.
He grabs the man and yanks him off the girl he holds and throws him into the wall nearby. He sends his foot in the man's ribs in a side kick, using the wall to implant his foot harder as the man cannot fall away under the force. Neil stands ready to fight the man in the form of Keysi Fighting Method.(Though he does not actually practice it professionally....though he has taken pointers from online videos and watching movies). He hopes the man will be intimidated and leave. Either way this was a victory. Nothing like being a hero, cinematicaly.
But the man didn't leave. Instead he stood from his collapsed position on the ground...and let out a garbled growl like noise.
The girl steps back, pushing her self against the wall of the alley as if to hide herself or go through it to the safety of indoors.
The man suddenly dissolves....or at least his skin does.
Neil's eyes grow wider.
The girl lets out an ear piercing shriek.
What ....was this man?
