"I see." Azrael said as he continued to look over the newcomer.
"Ranger, return to me now."

The Ranger pauses as though it heard something and then leapt back up to the rooftops and fled the fight with the Hathaway Foundation.

"Ranger?" Ochio questioned, "Summoning reinforcements?" He drew up his sword and ran forward without a word, targeting Azrael first.

"No. I simply wished to assure that you weren't going to cause any trouble for by new ally." Azrael says rising to his feet and summoning his scythe to block the sword.
The White Ranger returns to the rooftop. She looks at Azrael and Ochio. "Is there trouble master?"
"Is there?" Azrael asks.

"Go ahead by all means" Fiorella said waiting to see what kind of abilities this Rider possesses if at all...it would be useful for the upcoming fight when Fiorella had to make a quick escape after defeating whoever is controlling these events.

"Kill him." Jack Moon said.
Ochio struggled to get past the scythe. Ochio generated water into his left hand, ramming it past the scythe and plowing a blast of water at Azrael's chest.

Whip span the Aqua Dolphin crystal in his Driver. He ran forward and opened fire with his bowgun, but the Tsukai-ma blocked his various arrows.
Then Whip was gone. As it looked around, it never looked at its feet. Whip shot out of the ground as if it were water; fist glowing with a blue aura. "Rider Punch!" He shouted, punching the unsuspecting Tsukai-ma in the face, destroying it.

Yuki managed to get up and approached the Rider, "...who are you?"

The blast of water strikes Azrael across the chest and knocks him back across the rooftop.
The White Ranger replies by charging forwards with her spear intending to drive it into Ochio's chest.

Ochio span around and used his momentum to try to wrest the spear away with his rotation and blade.

The rider removed their helmet to reveal Sakura. She grinned at them and smiled.
"Donovan finished the Prose system," She declared.

The spear is pulled from the Ranger's grasp but as it leaves her hands they form into fists which strike towards the Jamanga's jaw in an uppercut.

Ochio took the blow and stumbled back, losing grip of his sword. He shouted and unleashed a flurry of water from his hands.
