People can owe him favors, however Ryuuno does not like to owe anyone favors and will do almost anything to return it any chance he gets.

Get on his bad side, and Ryuuno won't hesitate to show his dislike and make life hell.Ryuuno enjoys tactical games as his brain seems hard wired to be able to analyze situations and react accordingly almost simultaneously. After Mei-Ling's death, Kazu, Head of Foundation X's Gaia Memory R&D took an interest in Ryuuno, age 9 and began training him to become their trump card against anyone who could possibly interfere in their operations involving Gaia Memories while observing if coupled with his heightened reflexes, it is possible to raise the synchronization rate. He was forced to go through various grueling experiences to hone his survivability and raise his abilities. By the time he was 12, Kenichi was given the specially modified Lost Driver and his first Gaia memory, Impulse. It was the first of a secret set of T2 Gaia Memory prototype created exclusive to him as he is the only one the Memory reacted to where others have failed to become its user. Ryuuno became Kamen Rider Impulse and underwent life-threatening simulations to increase his affinity with the Impulse Memory. Beginning from a mere 25%, he had trained hard and eventually reached a synchronization rate of 75%. During his time there, He was constantly being compared to Hikaru Kagawa and always shown to be inferior to him in terms of analysis, something Ryuuno has always been proud of. Knowing that there was someone within the Foundation much more superior sparked his jealousy.
By then, he was 16 and Foundation X sent him to Futo as a contingency because it is one of the places with the highest distribution rate of Gaia Memories and they cannot have one too many Dopants going berserk. Going to Futo, Ryuuno integrated himself into the community there and enrolled part time into a private school, using this chance as an experience in some freedom and in the remainder of his time outside of school, he focused on his job, an enforcer in case Dopant cases got out of hand and to get rid of anything or anyone getting in the way of Foundation X's Gaia Memory operations. Even here, Ryuuno was subjected to comparison to Kamen Rider Double aka Nago Yabe/Hikaru Kagawa, fueling the jealousy within him and cultivated the burning desire to defeat Double in combat and prove once and for all that he was superior. After 2 years have past, despite many fruitless attempts to face off against Double, Ryuuno is slowly but surely getting closer to his goal, the face off against of Double. Armed with the newly developed T3 exclusive Memories, Ryuuno is confident of his victory. Finally, he can fulfill this burning desire spanning 2 years. What Ryuuno does not know is that Foundation X has other plans for him once he has outlived his usefulness...

Sample RP:Finally...after 2 long years, Ryuuno is finally about to achieve his goal of facing Kamen Rider Double. Nothing is going to stop him now, not the lvl3 Nazca Dopant standing before him, blocking his path. Ryuuno could barely hold in the frustration building up within him.
How many more times will these annoying Dopants get in my way?!
"I am only going to give you one warning, get lost now before I kick your sorry little Nazca ass back to the the Nazca Desert in southern Peru." Ryuuno growled, on his right was the Lost Driver and his left, the T3 Impulse Memory.
"Heh...what, you think you are some Kamen Rider just because you have a Driver? I'm the one who will kick your ass!" Nazca replied haughtily.
"Damn it, I don't have time for this." Ryuuno placed the Driver on his waist and pressed the button on his Impulse Memory.
"Henshin..." Swiping the slot to the side, his armor appeared in a flash of light. He raised his right index to point at the Nazca.
"Your defeat...Is my Goal."
Nazca bellowed loudly as he rushed forward, waving his sword wildly. Impulse easily dodged the flurry of swings. Countering, he threw several punches and kicks of his own, punishing Nazca for his sloppy attacks. Infuriated, Nazca activated his super speed and flight to gain the upper hand in the fight and forced Impulse to take the defensive. Impulse was no match for Nazca's super speed and could not hit him because he would simply fly out of reach. As Nazca threw random insults at him, Impulse quietly analyzed the situation and reacted accordingly. Shifting his position towards a corner of the street, Impulse lowered his guard and left himself open. Nazca promptly took the opening and slammed Impulse. He took the blow head on and rolled into the corner. Whipping out another Memory, he pressed the button.
"Particle!" Went the monotonous sound of the Memory.
"I don't know what that is but i will finish you off now!" Nazca flew high into the air and nose dived with super speed in an attempt to slam into Impulse.
Slamming the Memory into the slot on his waist and slapping it, the Memory flashed.
"Particle Maximum Drive!" A mix of red and green particles with orange and blueish hues appeared and condensed around Impulse like a shell.
Try as he might, nose diving toward something at super speed does not exactly allow for sudden adjustments and Nazca crashed headfirst into the shell, causing the particles to disperse and him sprawling across the floor. As Nazca struggled to clear his head, Impulse moved in. Removing the Impulse Memory from the Driver, he inserted it onto the slot on his left wrist and slapped it.
"Impulse Maximum Drive!"
As his left fist glowed and crackled with energy, Impulse grabbed Nazca's shoulder plate and lifted him to his feet.
"Not feeling so smart mouthed now eh?" Impulse taunted.
"Impulse Puncher!" Impulse slammed his left fist into Nazca's face, sending him crashing into the wall on the other side of the road.
"Tough nut to crack eh?" Impulse mused, realising that he had not destroyed the Nazca memory yet. One more time should do it, he thought.
Removing the Impulse Memory from the left wrist slot, Impulse raised his right knee slightly above waist level and inserted the Memory into the right ankle slot, slapping it.
"Impulse Maximum Drive!"
"Impulse Kicker!" Impulsed sprinted at maximum velocity and executed a jump kick at Nazca.
As he was slammed against the wall again from the impact, Nazca howled in pain as the Memory was forced out of him and he reverted to human form, unconscious. Impulse stood over him, victorious.
"Tch...little prick, wasting my time...Don't blame me, you had it coming once you decided not to make way."
Impulse turned, smashing the Nazca Gaia Memory with his heel as he reverted back to Ryuuno and rushed toward his bike, hoping he would still be able to catch up with Double and finally fight him.

As 7T, Edged Impulse will possess a grand total of 7 blades inclusive of the one he had originally, greatly increasing his fighting capacity.

As SB, he gains several automated shield attachments that serves to protect his blind spots, though they can still be overcome with enough force.

The main weapon is the large attachment on the right that is used a shield, but can split to form a giant pincer for pinning an enemy or simply crushing them in two. Flash Impulse is the speed form, therefore it discards defense and power for a significant boost in speed. As RI, he gains additional thrusters on the back which face different directions, giving him additional flexibility for rapid movement.
Finisher(s):As Flash Impulse-Pincer Flash. As RI-Interceptor Crush. - Form Name:Burst Impulse, later known as Burst Impulse HD (Heavy Double)
Appearance:Replaces the White with Black color. Gains heavy armor along with a giant bazooka.
Transformation:Same as per Edged but replaces the memory with Burst.
Weapons and Abilities:Burst Impulse only has one main weapon, the Burst Bazooka which packs the most power of all the other 4 forms but is very slow. Alternatively, the Burst Bazooka can be attached to the chest for the finisher. Being the heavy attacker form, Burst Impulse discards both speed and accuracy to significantly boost both defense and power. However, HD comes with additional cannons on the shoulders and has the Burst Bazooka reduced in size and is now a twin weapon. It is also the only form with an ability switch option. By purging all the armor, HD reverses all its abilities. This is a one time only ability, there is no way to change back unless he decides to dehenshin and rehenshin. In addition, after the purging, HD can release a shock wave once, momentarily freezing the opponent in their tracks for a quick finisher.

Weapons and Abilities:Destiny Impulse has a Sword Blaster that can be used for various ranged attacks. It is a gun when need be or a sword. Destiny Impulse is the only form with flight capabilities. The two extensions from the back will open up and from it will emit energy that will take the form of wings. The energy provides the propulsion needed for flight or quick bursts of speed.
Finisher(s):Destiny Kickoff, Destiny Launcher, Destiny Piercing, Destiny's End Cannon. *Note, Destiny's End Cannon, contrary to the name is not a ranged finisher, it's a finisher that simulates a cannon like effect upon contact.

- Particle Memory. Not a main Memory for forms but a useful one for other extra abilities, though it is a special memory that needs to recharge every time it expands all the energy stored within. It is used on the right Memory slot of the belt and by inserting it, Impulse gains the ability to create a shield for roughly 10 seconds or split second shields that can only last one hit but can be used 5 times. A secondary ability is to cloak Impulse for camouflage, this due to the small amount of energy used, can allow for extended periods of usage. It's final ability is used in the case of a fatal attack, where the Particle Memory will instantly release all the energy it contains to turn Impulse into particles when the attack hits, giving Impulse a chance to counter attack once he reforms. This is a one time ability in every battle and the Memory needs to recharge for further usage.
- Gaia Wheeler. Ryuuno's personal bike with a slot for the Particle Memory. Using the Particle Memory, the Gaia Wheeler can create a particle shield for protection or ramming into enemies. The Gaia Wheeler is also the device that recharges the Particle Memory as long as it is inside the slot and its powers are not being used.
