Hair color/style: Black hair that goes a little past her shoulders, with bangs covering her entire forehead. She always wears a black bow on her head. Turns out that the black hair is dyed, and she's a natural redhead.
Eyes: Black, with dark bags under her eyes; it is uncertain as to whether it's makeup or if she just hasn't been sleeping. (It's makeup.)
Description: Still wears her Amanogawa High uniform, and actually has multiples of it in her closet. She's 152 cm tall.

Inside Stuff
Personality: Tomoko is a rather strange girl, fixating over whatever she's currently focused on, and a very weird (read=evil) laugh. However, she is also very shy and easily startled, which proves that she isn't as bad as she appears. She is also rather clever when it comes to getting herself or others out of sticky situations, especially when it involves Kamen Riders. In short, this is a girl you want as your friend, despite her general weirdness.

Weaknesses:
- When she focuses on something, it's hard to get her distracted from it until its finished.
- Is painfully shy.
- Is a little lax as far as her time train is concerned.
History: Tomoko Nozama was always a bit weird, even from an early age. However, what separated her from the others was her fixation on Kamen Riders. From the moment she first saw one fighting against Kaijin and others, she wanted to learn more about them, to the point where, once she entered high school, she was considered a Kamen Rider otaku. It was because of this that she became friends with another hero otaku in school, Sanyu Miyazaki, who she then developed a rather one-sided crush on until she transferred to Amanogawa High.
Shortly after leaving there, she began seeking out more information on Kamen Riders, taking what she finds and conversing with other Rider Otakus throughout the world about them, not knowing that she herself is about to get involved in their fight...
Anything Else: Sanyu, here! Thought I'd try something new and have a character who cannot transform into anything.

Tomoko held her iPad as she took pictures of Kamen Rider New Den-O as he fought the Imagin, swinging his sword around. She had anticipated one of the time train Riders showing up, but she hadn't guessed it be him. After all, she didn't know much about this one.

Come to think of it, very few knew of New Den-O, even amongst the Rider Otaku community. Only one picture surfaced of him, and he was holding a very rare comic book when he was spotted. If anything, whoever New Den-O was had the money to get that comic.

Not that she'd ever reveal their identities to the general public anyway, unless he already had. A lot of Riders didn't seem to care much about secret identities these days. Tomoko put her iPad away in its case and walked off, satisfied with the pictures she took of the mysterious Rider.
