Was Amazon wrong to have killed those men in the Jungle? Were they there destroying Amazon's home because they were truly evil themselves or was it only because they needed to do so in order to survive. Nexus knew more of the outside world there was no doubt about that so it was likely she was correct, the workers need not die. Instead the brains that give them the commands should be the ones to feel her pain.
As a lizard Amazon scales the side of a building that best she can tell is the workings of said brain. The men of business who destroy her home.

He ran forward again throwing a punch at her stomach.
