Retsu cut off the rocket and lashed a kick for New Fourze's head.
"I'm fine, oneesama," she looked back to Retsu, "This...this is why I was here, anyway. To find that man."

New Fourze blocked it with his arm, and activated the Rocket Switch.
ROCKET ON!
An orange rocket appeared over his right arm, and he punched Retsu with it.
Sachiko hugged Yui. "That's not important... You being safe is."

Retsu twisted his body away with his agility, seeing it coming and flipping off.
He flicked more switches and slashed, sending flames rippling forward.
"...thank you, oneesama," she really was touched.
From the picture, I think New Fourze has the rocket mounted on the side of his arm, not over it.

New Fourze continued to use his Rocket Arm in order to attach Retsu.
Sachiko smiled at Yui. "Would you mind if I went and finished this fight?" she asked her.

"You can fight?" Yui asked her.
Retsu dodged each attack, spinning, flicking switches while his back was turned, and then slashing at the end of his rotation, using an ice slash.

The ice slash stopped the Rocket and froze it over. New Fourze scoffed. "Not bad, for a Ranger..." he said. He then flipped two more switches, and cut off the Rocket one.
RADAR ON!
LAUNCHER ON!
The two parts appeared on New Fourze's left arm and right leg, respectively, and he used the Radar to lock on to Retsu.
Sachiko nodded, and lifted up her sleeve to show her her Wind Morpher.

He activated the rocket function again, shooting forward, tilting the dagger for the launcher, and then letting it go, sending it flying as he threw a punch for the face, letting the dagger go at about a two foot gap.

New Fourze was hit by the dagger, though not before he locked on to Retsu and fired the homing missiles at him.
Sachiko smiled at her. "I'll end this quickly," she said, standing up. "After all... You're my little sister. I can't let anything bad happen to you again after this." She then got in a pose. "Ninja Storm, Ranger Form!" she then spun the disc on her Wind Morpher and transformed into the Blue Wind Ranger.

"Thank you, oneesama," she told Sachiko.
The dagger into the rockets hadn't worked as planned. Retsu's punch didn't connect due to being hit by at least one or two missiles. He flipped in the air to avoid the initial launch of the rest, but was sure they would come around again for him.
He performed a flip on his side, landed on one foot and lashed the other for New Fourze's head, while using that as a distraction, shot his hand out to turn off the Radar Switch.

New Fourze raised his arms to block the head strike, however it allowed Retsu to turn off the Radar Switch. "What?!" he asked.
Sachiko charged at New Fourze and slashed him, sending the Rider staggering. "Need some help?" she asked Retsu.

"Yeah," he said, "Sure."
He rolled aside, hoping that the last of the missiles would just keep flying straight, rather than still be locked on.

Luckily, they kept flying straight, and they collided with each other, causing a large explosion.
"Then let's not waste time!" Sachiko said, charging at New Fourze.

He had expected them to crash into New Fourze; oh well.
He ran forward and rolled, tearing his dagger free and slashing up.

Sachiko slashed horizontally, causing new Fourze to stagger backwards yet again.
"That's it... No more games!" he said, activating his Rocket Switch alongside another switch.
ROCKET ON!
DRILL ON!
New Fourze then used the Rocket to fly high into the air.

Retsu flicked switches and shot up after him, drawing his Wing Trigger as well, anticipating combining weapons.
