"As Shafu said, he seemed stable," Kiriha reminded, "He must not have considered that man a danger at the moment. She's not to blame for anything."

[Eiji Hino]

Eiji nodded. "Is this what happens with you guys often?" he asked her.

[Marilen Yoshida]

"I'm not part of the group, so I don't know," Marilen said, "I'm only here...momentarily."

[Sutou Airi]

Airi nods a bit and looks around as Kiba just takes a load off.

Natsumi nods, "Of course. Well, since you mentioned the chain of command. I think it fitting that I be third...I was the third one you found after all, wasn't I?"

Ran shrugged, "It happens from time to time." she said, and looked over at Marilen before smiling just a little. "You're not bad either...even though you made me use a card...you did well back there." she said, giving a rare compliment.

[Marilen Yoshida]

"You were our third member, yes," Kiriha said, "I'll talk to Kiba later. We have one Shocker base left, Natsumi; it's almost over." He smiled at that prospect, "When it ends...we can have more time together."

"Thank you," Marilen said to Ran.

[Eiji Hino]

Eiji looked at the two girls and sighed.

[Natsumi Sonozaki]

Natsumi allowed herself to give Kiriha a smile. "Yeah, it has been difficult...but I think we should be more open. I doubt anyone will have anything bad to say about it.." she said, looking him over a bit.

Ran nodded, stretching out a bit on the floor but saying nothing more.

(Also, Airi's birthday is coming up...perhaps with the next thread we can have an appearance from Wing Knight, and also bring in Wakana too. Focus on character interaction etc)

"When it's over," he assured her, "And I think most know already."

Is Kase joining? I don't remember.

[Natsumi Sonozaki]

Natsumi smiles, "That's great." she said, before looking at him. "Tell me something...what's your personal opinion about the members of the Army? we can be honest with each other..." she said, offering to give her opinions if Kiriha gave his.

(Hmm. I don't believe she was joining in the full sense of the word, her first focus is on Ventara, and Kiriha's focus is on Earth, but Kase is here on Earth as well, so you mentioned something could be worked out.)

Working together when the time comes, basically? Or when near each other?

"You know how I think of you," he said, "Kiba is a loyal man; I really like him, but you can tell that. I...I really warmed up to Jerome, which is why he was my second; he was a great man. Airi is young, but skilled; I"m a bit worried about her being too young, though, to grasp the scale of what we do, and if she may be too preoccupied with this school.

"Tsubasa is...I don't know what to think of him. He's like me and Jerome, but he's not like either of us in who he is. He's...complicated. Ran...I don't know enough about her yet, but I want to trust her. Kirihiko, I think I can trust him, but I just don't know what to make of him yet. For your sake, I want to have all the faith I can in him, but he and I haven't really talked much or anything. And Eiji...nothing, yet, but I think he'll be a good addition; someone to be trusted."

Natsumi nodded, "Yeah, Kiba is loyal... I do agree with that. He's got a human heart in there. Jerome was good too, he saved our youngest member from a fate worse than death. For Airi-chan..I think that she has all the tools she needs to come with us. Remember that she has the potential power to destroy the world if her heart becomes unpure and corrupt...so the extra training she took will no doubt be invaluable in keeping her focused on being on the side of good."

Natsumi paused for a moment before continuing. "I agree about Tsubasa...he was a worthy opponent, but he is complicated. Ran-san seems to have been through a lot..and there's a heart of gold somewhere under that exterior...even if she never admits to it. Kirihiko-san, like myself, came from Fuuto...we were brought into the same family by different means...yet that family, with the exception of my sister Wakana only...betrayed us. He's a good man. And Eiji...well he doesn't really seem like he's all there. Like...there's no drive...no...desire there."

Natsumi finished this and looked at Kiriha.

"Mostly the same opinions," he said, "Let's hope that these are enough warriors for us, so that the Army will be fine." He took her arm, "In the meantime, while we're here, we should do something together." He smiled a bit, "Just standing here, talking to you, makes me realize that waiting to do anything until it's over is a bit of a stupid idea, when I care about you so much."

Natsumi blushed a little, but nodded at him, "What did you have in mind?" she said with a smile, she had waited for this for a while, but wanted him to be comfortable with what they did do, so she gave him the choice.

"I don't know this city," he admitted, "I don't know."

[Natsumi Sonozaki]

"Here's something simple then. Let's just take a walk and explore...you and me." Natsumi suggested, not wanting to be too extravagant so soon.
