Ok, ive noticed something here. In accordance with OOO, we have gone with there only being 3 of each core medal, however there seems to be no such stance with Gaia Memories.
I'm not trying to pull peoples characters apart here, but there seem to be multiple duplicates of the same memory be they T1, 2 or otherwise.
I (Shotaro) have a full set of T2's of W's memories as well as a (broken) T1 Joker
Wakana also seems to have these aswell (Also T2's)
And theres someone running around with another Joker memory (i assume T1) as FangJoker
Shouldn't we set some sort of president for them, like with the medals?

Medals are unique, Memories are not. It's that simple. The Medals come only from Greeed, thus a limited number, while at least two organizations (if not more, from NEVER's backstory) are creating Memories. Foundation X is also dabbling in them (creating basically WMD Gaia Memories, like Universe).
So, in short, with the multiple organizations, the Memories aren't unique, so no limit should really be imposed.
I also play as W, so I have the six W Memories as well, T1.

Yeah, remember in the last episode of KRW where we saw Cockroach and Anomolocaris dopants? It's basically a theory that all GM's are mass-produced from that, plus a load of other stuff (Injury memories, considering other dopants etc.)
I see you're point though, we may need to keep tabs on Double's, Joker's and Accel's.

Regarding Double's memories it's simply just been spammed on this site.
With Joker, Cyclone, FangJoker and Ren's Double.

To be fair, my Double is going to stop using those Memories when they get more, right now only having Aqua and Channeler, though.

Well, with the exception of FangJoker, who I think has a modified Double Driver, every other Double-based Rider is using a lost driver.
